I do agree that Liverpool is expected to be the winner, but last season Barcelona and Juventus and United were all on this cup as well if I remember correctly and they lost eventually, one by one. Doesn't mean that Liverpool would have to lose, I am not claiming anything like that and I am sure that they are going to do fine, but the fact is that we are talking about a cup that could shock the world all the time.

So just because they are the best team and have a chance to win, doesn't mean that they are going to win, it just means that they have a chance to win and that's it. Roma was never favored in the Europa League this season and they wouldn't even be favored if their coach was called Guardiola or Klopp or Ancelotti. I don't agree with you. Talkiing about the build and how can you say that if mourinho does follow the trend? I meant that as an active coach and he was aware with the development in the football. The team must be criticized caused club was also so stringy in giving him the money to buy the new players.
Look at the quality of players in the roma. Jose mourinho had been given only a few millions USD to buy several players. Did it enough? I think that the main problem was in the club. If jose's approach would not be working and roma would not get conference league.

Salah for the team strength because some how by implications that's what your post maybe insinuating, Liverpool has won several premier league games after Salah left for AFCON so it's of a fact that they can still do well even in the absence of Salah.

The presence of Salah do affect the performance of Liverpool and that's not in doubt especially when the team seem to have lost hope in most of their games, he usually have this creativity that brings alive their performance once again and they could just get victory by the end of the game and that's why I don't even think of writing them off to becoming the champions of the Europa even after they lost to Arsenal yesterday because they didn't have a bad performance in that game and in the round of sixteen the team facing Liverpool isn't any where compared to Arsenal so Liverpool has still got good future at the Europa

You are right that AC Milan will be relatively unequal in strength if they meet Liverpool in the round of 16. They didn't impress just exactly like they did the previous Champions League Competition as they was sent and knocked out of the Champions League during the group stage. It's quite better this very season because they failed to qualify for the round of sixteen in the Champions League but they now have the European Europa League Competition to show working. They've been linked up to sign the Italian tactician Antonio Conte but I'm not sure since there's nothing to verify about that situation for now.

I don't think there's anyone who's disputing the fact that Mourinho was actually a very good manager for AS Roma and did everything to make sure the Italian club is also counted as one of top teams in not just the Italian Serie A but also in Europe but I think one of the biggest problems of Jose Mourinho duri no his spell as Roma manager was that he is not used to managing average teams like Roma but it still didn't stop him from doing well for the club.
However, the fact that Jose Mourinho failed to manage was sacked because of the club's poor performance this season doesn't automatically mean that Daniele De Rossi will also fail at the club. Liverpool will indeed remain the favorites in the European League.
