Liverpool and Leverkusen are trying to win their respective league titles as well as the Europa League title. So it is natural that the injury proneness of the players will increase. Talking about the performance of Xabi Alonso, he is indeed the coach and leader of Leverkusen in becoming very strong team, the title challenger in two competitions is indeed what they deserve thanks to their hard work over the past two seasons trying to recover.
This season is the second season for Xabi to make everything happen and of course this season is season full of surprises for Leverkusen because of the two opportunities they have to win titles in two big competitions.
I sure that Leverkusen and Xabi will be team full of achievements in the future, and as long as Xabi does not leave Leverkusen, this opportunity will definitely be present every season.

In the Bundesliga, their main and toughest competitor is Bayern Munich, but it looks like Leverkusen will be able to overcome everything and will be able to achieve success that would never have been imagined.

AS Roma might be going home with one major title this season, they just have to believe and put in the hardwork. Giving Daniele De Rossi, every new manager deserves a specific range of time, things will finally fall into place because it's not to watch these coaches managing and controlling the affairs of an elite team. Daniele De Rossi will adapt and fill in the shoes of José Mourinho. It's not an easy job but I think AS Roma was no longer interested in the coach, they calm down and watch the lists of their priorities before accepting new bids.

As manager who's played in all the finals of the European club competitions as well won all of the them including two UEFA Champions League trophies, Jose Mourinho will always be the favorite to beat a club like Feyenoord if he was still the manager of AS Roma but because of his poor performance this season, the Portuguese manager was sacked by AS Roma's management.

Daniele De Rossi since he took over the managerial position of the Roma team have won all his matches which has made a lot of people to be convinced that the Portuguese manager is going to help Roma beat their Dutch counterparts and progress to the next round of the competition. I think it'll be a very difficult game for the two teams but I'll be betting on Roma to win that particular tie

Mourinho wasn't doing any better than he should have been and that prompted his sack so I don't think he would have done any better now, he had all the time but wasn't really efficient with it,  although I know he's a world class coach and has got the reputation to seeing him as outstanding but then it turned out he hasn't been at he's best recently.

Much shouldn't be expected of Rossi especially as it ha to do with the Europa league because he's got to short a time for it and it's something he didn't start so it's literally he's first trial with Roma this season at the Europa but then if he's able to get pass this stage then he should be given an accolade for it's laudable. With Mourinho they would have done better at the Europa because it was obvious he prioritized the Europa so well and would have done all he could to get the trophy by the end of the season.

Even if Mourinho is still coaching AS Roma, their performance will not be better than what De Rossi will because Mourinho is a coach that is defensive minded even though he is doing well if he have good players, but his inability to change to the modern football was the main reason why they sack him.
The criticism on the new coach will be over once he is able to make positive move and performance in the team which I think he can do that because he is a good coach and any new manger do have the hope of displaying a better performance at early stage.

Before he can be perfectly balanced in the team, he need more time to settle down, they cannot judge him based on this Europa League performance, they need to give him some time and chance to add some players in the team in order to see his performance.

Xabi Alonso is taking a big step forward this season by being a title contender in not only the Bundesliga but also the Europa League. I assume this isn't a very common situation for a manager who is newly building his career.    I would like to see the best for him of course after all that effort. But this road is going to be really tough for them.

Competing with teams like Bayern Munich, Liverpool and so on for the title in these tournaments combined is a really exhausting job. But I can't imagine how much Xabi Alonso's popularity would increase if he win at least one of these titles. 

Having a new coach in the middle of the season is clearly a gamble, because it could be even worse and it could also be successful in at least recovering a little of the team's performance . But yes, considering that De Rossi does not have good experience as a head coach, of course this factor raises big doubts.

Regarding wins against mediocre teams in Serie A and also wins in friendly matches, basically these results cannot be fully used as a benchmark for big matches in the Europa League and against top teams in Serie A. Even though AS Roma will only play against Feyenoord but of course, the tension in the Europa League match will be very different from what happened in the previous two matches in Serie A. Therefore, it is clear that there is no fully guarantee for good results for AS Roma in the current Europa League.

Klopp deserves every praise and accolades from the board and fans of the clubs especially for all he has achieved in the club. I think he’s spent quite a huge number of years at the club and brought the club to her glory days back again. Now they’re in a chase for the Uel, Carabao and also the league and they could have a shot at it. Even if they’re not having a shot at it, then I think it’ll mot be much of a worry for them especially as he’s restored the club’s heritage.

 So he’ll be bowing out on a great note and will not be letting the fans down in any form. The board will need to make a good and quality replacement for Klopp so as to help them keep being at the top. It’s not going to be an east task but it’s something that can be done and it needs to be done very fast as they may not be the only club that needs recruitment of a coach.

All Roma fans and some people certainly really want Roma to succeeded in winnings the title at UEL, but it won't be that easy because we all don't know how De Rossi as Roma new coach will be able to have a positive influence like when Roma still had Mourinho and one side of us see that there are other clubs that are performing much stronger, such as Liverpool and Leverkusen, which currently really cannot be underestimated because they have very high quality players and are able to compete strongly in the UEL.
I won't speculate too far, it's just that as long as De Rossi is able to improve Roma performance, I'm sure the opportunity to win the title is still open, but we have to remember that if you compete with existing players, it is very difficult to improve a club's performance, while Roma is short of players and stingy management makes Roma there is a lack of quality players, even Mourinho is unable to give his best because it will only be in vain.

Indeed. Winning a trophy will be a memorable farewell for Klopp. Even Klopp only wins one trophy (EPL or Europa League), it remains a great ending at Liverpool. However, I agree that whatever the results of this season, Klopp has been a successful coach in Liverpool. Klopp have won UCL, EPL, FA Cup English League CUP, English Super Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup. He also becomes the best club coach in the world 2 times when he is managing Liverpool in the season 2018/2019 and 2019/2020. I think Liverpool management will be difficult to get his replacement. There is not many coaches with the same level as Jürgen Klopp.

Why we must talk about Mourinho again? He is no longer AS Roma coach, mate.

I don't know the main target of AS Roma for this season, specifically after they have sacked Mourinho and has a new coach. I doubt if they are targeting to win a trophy, they are not in the good condition to win any trophy. UEL isn't an easy competition, you must be aware that there are some big teams in UEL, too. I assume AS Roma main target should be improving their position in Serie A.

Liverpool are now trying their best to win the Premier League title. This is Klopp's last season with Liverpool. And so he will definitely want to win the Premier League title this season. For Liverpool, winning the Premier League title is now more important than winning the Europa League title. Because they could not dominate the Premier League in the last few seasons.
However, Liverpool have a strong squad. The team has the ability to maintain a winning streak in both the Europa League and Premier League. But it is very difficult. This makes the players more prone to injury. And so I think the Liverpool coach is not very interested in the Europa League title.
