It cannot be denied, I was impressed when Leverkusen played match after match both in the Bundesliga and in this competition. especially, against Dortmund last week. The Europa league at this point will be getting more interesting and though, personally the fun I'm getting from the europa is more interesting than that which I get from other leagues, the UCL team are really going to prove tough against the teams they will facing in the Europa because they will be hoping to get something out of the Europa since they couldn't make it thorough the UCL so most of the Europa teams may end their journey at that point.

You remember correctly. Being second in the UEL means facing the third-place teams from the UCL. That's why first place is much more important in UEL than second place. There are very strong teams from UCL that will join the UEL and the championship chances of these teams are quite high. That's why UEL is getting more exciting at this stage.

It will be a gambling for westham. It will be so good if westham will get an easy opponent but it will be so bad if westham will not get a stronig club as its opponent.
There are some clubs in UCL that will send strong candidates to the eiropa league caused by they have been placed at the third place. Liverpool, westham and leverkusen must be careful.
The clubs from UCL will be also threatening all of them. The performance from liverpool and westham are not thaqt good now.

Leverkusen and Liverpool are very good teams that are in very good form at the moment. They play well and score goals even though they both concede, but we can't really test how far they can go in the Europa league because they have not faced any real challenge yet. This is still the group stage and there are 4 more stages in the knock out stage before the final. It's going to be very difficult for both teams, regardless of how good that team is.
Last season all eyes were on Arsenal and Juventus but they couldn't make it to the final, not to talk of winning it. 
Leverkusen have met two big teams in the Bundesliga and they couldn't win anyone, that should tell you a lot.

There's nothing too serious ongoing in the European league for the Hammers because they're now aiming for significant spots.
