At least they have had a bit of an uptrend the last three games. I thought that Mourinho is about to get sacked, but I guess that winning three games in a row with 10:1 goals helped him save his position, although I am unsure whether Mourinho is interested at all to fulfill his contract with Roma or whether he would be happy about getting sacked. I think he hasn't been the coach he used to be for quite a while now and sometimes when you watch him, it looks like he is following the game with some kind of disinterest. I would be surprised if we don't soon see him making a lot of money in Saudi Arabia. To me it seems that this is what he is waiting for.

Well, roma needs to fix its shitty performance before try to nominate itself as a strong contender to win europa league trophy for this season. Its performance in the serie a looks so garbage. I can't even describe how bad roma is right now.
The club was only able winning against weak clup and this is not something special for me to see that. Roma is not that strong when it will be facing strong team.
Roma placed in the easy group of europa league. No doubt if mourinho's club will able to pass it easily without any problem.

It does win all of group stage in europa league but it was only against weak clubs. Nothing special.

Yes, even though this moment I doubt AS Roma and Marseille a little but still, on paper AS Roma and Marseille should to win. Because of course, there is still a chance for AS Roma and Marseille to win and of course to become winner in their respective groups in this group phase . But regarding Bayer Leverkusen I think it is clear, Bayer Leverkusen has made extraordinary achievements so far this season. Of course, the great achievements so far are also thanks to the extraordinary skills possessed by Xabi Alonso. Moreover, if for example Bayer Leverkusen plays against Liverpool later, then I think Bayer Leverkusen still has a chance to win. It is very exciting to see Leverkusen vs Liverpool compete in the UEL Final, these two teams are favorites in this competition for their impressive performances. The presence of Xabi Alonso in the Leverkusen coaching chair will make this match even more interesting because he once played for Liverpool before moving to Real Madrid.

Leverkusen is no doubt a very consistent team with bundesliga this season, they have shown some level of strength and ability to face any team in the bundesliga, and the bundesliga seem to have a very competitive force coupled with the caliber of team they face there, so if they can perform that well with the bundesliga I'm sure they wouldn't do any less at the Europa.

Although they are yet to get pass the group stages, ass the eurropa league just got started, they still have enough time to show how well they can perform at the Europa so we can say if they can win the title at this very early stage but we can be sure they will really so well as show by their performance so far in their domestic league were they have stated unbeaten since the season began, they will be participating in the Europa league as their second league for this season so they have less stress to tackle and I think it's an advantage for them if they can alternate players well enough and stay optimal with their performance.

Yes is a good oportunitie not only to secure a easy title but also to reach the Champions League in case you are not doing so good in the league. I think this year its not the case because i can see a Liverpool tryin to fight for the Premier League title, but still a nice double chance to reach Champions LEague against weakers teams.

It's not make sense, there are still 30 weeks in Premier League, even Liverpool is in top 1 position, there's no guarantee they will able to maintain their position until end of the league. Liverpool should focus in Europa League, so they have an opportunity to secure 2 trophies, as long as Sevilla not relegated from Champions League, the possibility to become a champion is still high.

I still didn't expect that Leverkusen would be this good in all competitions and they maintained the positive results they achieved without even losing. Now Liverpool clearly have real rivals for the European league competition and it is certain that Liverpool's progress will probably be stopped if they face Leverkusen in one of the European league rounds later. Indeed, sometimes Roma and Marseille are also very doubtful of being able to win and I think both of them are likely to achieve less good results in the next match.

However, from Roma's point of view, they have the same points as Slavia Prague with 6 points, so the match will still be decisive for the top of the temporary Group G standings. But regarding Liverpool, I think this club is definitely ready to perform optimally in the EPL and also in the European League. And we know that when Liverpool go to the Europa League they are always the team to be feared there. Because Liverpool has even won the European Cup around 6 times. And that happened when they failed to get to the UCL through the local league. And I'm quite sure that this time Liverpool will have the potential to win the title again in the European League.

@asriloni I’m actually very surprised that Klopp is focusing on winning this competition but I strongly feel that at some stage he’ll stop focusing on the Europa League because he has an excellent chance to win the premier league title. Furthermore if possible I would like to see West Ham vs Liverpool in the finals because West Ham are playing exceptionally well in this competition and can give Liverpool a hard time if they come face to face in this competition.

I believe that you could also be a team outside of those big leagues and could still potentially win it, which should be important. I am not saying that a team outside of top 10 leagues could win it, but it is not impossible neither, if that happens they are going to end up winning a lot of money for them, and also they will be at UCL as well, and that should be great. Remember, not all leagues send 4 teams to UCL, some leagues send 2 or even as little as 1 team, and some even send one team only after they play some elimination games as well.

So all in all I would say that winning europa is more important than winning UCL because we all know there are few clubs who could do that, but many teams could do this. Even conference league became important because of this.

Im yet to determining my favorite to win the league this season. Liverpool had biggest chance to win according to the how big its odds compared with another club to win europa league.
I think that klopp will seriously put europa league as the main target caused by UCL spot for the winner of europa league. This is gonna be secondary plan for liverpool once it will be failed to go to the UCL through stay at the top 4 of its domestic league.

Klopp is trying to make sure his players will not be exhausted once they will be facing busy schedules. There will be so many matches to happen with little gap between once match to another match.

I would prefer to take leverkusen as the strongest contender after liverpool. Roma is not that good at this moment. Im doubting mourinho's club to win europa league this season.
Im thinking now if roma is not yet ready to win UCL at this moment. Everything is remain unpredictable at this moment.

I will also favor Liverpool in the Europa League this season, but that might change if some of the teams that are struggling in the Champions League drop to the Europa League. Imagine if Manchester United, Arsenal, Newcastle joined the Europa League because they failed in the Champions League, it would be something amazing.

Manchester United and Newcastle have the possibility of entering the Europa League because of the tight competition in the group stages Champions League, but not Arsenal. Several La Liga teams could also be a threat in the Europa League, as well as Serie A teams so Liverpool will not be the only favorite.

Honestly my biggest favourite for the Europa League title is Liverpool. They really care about this tournament on one hand. Because basically they are prioritizing the English Premier League. As they aren't a part of the Champions League also it might be hard to predict what they can do before watching them in the Europa League.

However I'm contented with what I have seen until now. Klopp is just focusing on resting his main players as much as possible by subbing them off early or subbing them in a little late in the game but this still doesn't affect their result badly.

After Liverpool I can show Roma and Leverkusen as the other strong title contenders. I'd put Roma ahead of Leverkusen despite Xabi Alonso's great work. This is because of Roma's performance with Mourinho in the European competitions in the last 2 years. 

Leverkusen is one of my favorite team in europa league. Liverpool is also the strongest contender to win europa league this season as well. Let's wait some clubs that may come from UCL soon. We will have so many new participants to come soon.

Even though bookies were putting leverkusen below liverpool but im thinking about this club is quite capable enough to win the title this season. The only main problem was liverpool yet not guaranteed for liverpool and leverkusen to go to the final but let's see.

So far this season Bayer Leverkusen managed to maintain great results without defeat in all competitions, because Bayer Leverkusen only got one draw when Bayer Leverkusen played against Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga . So yes, with a record without defeat so far this season in all competitions, then of course Bayer Leverkusen will have a chance to also be able to win the Europa League trophy this season. For me, this is still the beginning. In fact, we know very well that in Group H there is no opponent that is quite equal for Leverkusen. So far, they have scored 6 points from the two matches they have played. I don't think so. People shall not forge that if winning europa league will give a way for the club to be qualified for UCL without even needed to finish at the top 4 of domestic league. That's the reason why so many clubs are still ambitious in winning this trophy.
Even though the prize is quite small compared with UCL but the UCL spot has become the main target owned by the team to aim for the europa league trophy. People were too underestimate this trophy at this moment just because europa league was offering cheap prize.
Liverpool aims to win this trophy cuased by the club is aiming to play in UCL again upcoming season. The UCL spot makes this trophy really important for any club these days.
I don't know why some people were not even valuing this trophy. Do they only see that from the prize offered by UCL compared with europa league?
