Manchester United qualified for the Europa League by defeating Manchester City in the FA Cup. If has opportunity qualify to 16 round I doubt with Manchester United opportunity lead to quarter final round if face the relegated teams from Champion League group phase.

Last season I admit that Manchester United performed very well in fighting for comfortable position to be able to have UCL ticket and they finished in 3rd place.
