Roma is doing awful in all competitions right now and just when Ranieri made himself comfortable at home being retired from football , he got a call from As.Roma begging him to come back and save his beloved team which is exactly what he is trying to do right now by being official coach of Roma. Now , can he save Roma ? For Manchester United;
I think this will be an easy win for them under Rud Van Nesteroy. Now that Amorim is taking over, I don't think he will like to start on a bad note. Expect high margin of goals like upto 4.

For Tottenham;
Although Roma is in their worst form, Tottenham is not in their good form either. So, I am not also confident that Tottenham will easily win Roma. There's one thing with international breaks, they make some teams lose form and make others gain form. Roma might benefit from the break.

It is undeniable that Tottenham are quite favored in many aspects, AS Roma are currently experiencing a decline in performance. Claudio Ranieri needs time to adapt to the new team, a draw will be the most likely target for AS Roma to achieve, where Tottenham also greatly benefits from acting as hosts. The fact that Erik tried to throw the players under the bus could be the main reason why he was getting terrible results and as soon as he left suddenly they started to get better results, even with just Ruud even before Amorim arrived.

It's clear that players realized they can't all be fired, but coach could be, and they played terrible and just wanted to get rid of the coach that ended up putting the blame on them, who would want a coach that says players are the reason and coach isn't the reason, that makes no sense. Why I think Tottenham will win this game is as they have Manchester city to play first before this game and for this game, I think Tottenham will lose to Manchester City or they can get a draw since Manchester city aren't in top form. Then they'll used that anger of not being able to win Manchester city to face Roma. If Tottenham Hotspur also win then they'll be motivated to continue in the winning streak to beat Roma. In any way the game against Manchester city ends, Roma will be the ones to receive the beating.
