Manchester United have recorded exactly the same statistics as Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League, in many ways the two teams are clearly very different, especially in terms of squad depth and the market value of the players in each team. However, in terms of fate, Manchester United and Viktoria Plzen are on the same line.
Before the Europa League started, The Red Devils were very favored, especially when Ten Hag was so active in the transfer market. But what is happening now, the ups and downs of performance continue to come to them, and Manchester United consistently swallow draws. Automatically their chances of winning the trophy are getting lower, and it seems they will have difficulty finishing in the top 8 of the standings.
Lazio, Tottenham, Anderlecht started the three matches perfectly, they look more reliable than Manchester United. We realize that Ten Hag's chances of leading his team to the Europa League final this season are still open, but in my opinion their chances are getting thinner by the day.

I believe they'll sack Ten Hag before the winter transfer season.
I believe they're ready to pull the trigger at the Villa game, CMIIW. The result gives him ETH time but if he fails to bring MU to the knockout stage of the Europa League I think he's gone. There's no way another Carabao Cup can save him IMO. I do think losing MU so early is not good for the Europa League, simply because the viewership will probably decrease. The memes will be funny though.
Ten Hag lost more opportunities, losing his ability, losing his integrity, losing his authority because he could not maintain Man United, too long maintaining it is a dangerous action, because like gambling in a box that has no contents.

But we don't know what is in the mind of Man United's management, whether they don't see the situation getting worse, whether they don't see that they lose their clubs slowly, Man United becomes a team that is often launched, very unfortunate if this season does not get anything to store in their trophy cabinet.

It's been so many months since we keep saying Ten Hag will be sacked  Grin and yet he is still with United so I will believe it when it happens. Also , who can replace him right now ? no one really wants to take United coach in the current state of this team so maybe just wait for this year to end in order to have better chances for a better signing coach ? this should be a better variant that sacking him in winter.

Manchester United need to improve some important aspects  to end their current negative trend, the consistency of their current performance is the cause of their slump in the European league and also domestically, so I think if ten hag can't overcome that then they will continue to slump later, in the european league we can see how ten hag made a ridiculous experiment in his strategy to face Fenerbache,  Even though if we pay attention to their game strategy when facing Brentford is actually better and Ten Hag should have applied it when facing Fenerbache, but in fact Ten Hag prefers to experiment as if underestimating Fenerbache in the match, although currently Manchester United has many talented players in their squad but without the support of a good strategy from Ten Hag of course it will be difficult for them to rise.
I am even more surprised at the team management who still maintain Ten Hag as coach when they have seen for themselves the condition of the Manchester United team which continues to slump without any effort to rise at all in every match. Before the match with Fenerbahce, I also thought that Manchester United could win at Fenerbahce's home ground, but in reality it ended in a draw and that shows that Manchester United's performance itself has not improved at all under Ten Hag's hands this season in any competition.
But the fact is that Ten Hag does not want to be blamed for everything, instead he defends himself if MU's performance declines because many of their players are injured, a coach who does not want to be criticized for mistakes is a coach who cannot take responsibility, he cannot evaluate his team's mistakes and instead plunges his team further into the abyss.

Manchester United are considering possible replacements for Ten Hag and rumor is Simeone Inzaghi and Xavi as top of possible coaches for a next coach of Manchester United. If Manchester United try to lower their season targets, just to save the incapable coach, they will continue with no improvement and no achievement in coming seasons with Ten Hag.

Results are bad and Manchester United owner probably wait for terrible results to sack Ten Hag. They are too much hesitating in firing the coach and move on with another one. Ten Hag is incapable so as Manchester United owner, they both need to leave the club.
Manchester United have not won in their first 3 matches in the EUL, they have always drawn in a row which requires their position in the standings to get worse. In a club situation like this, retaining Ten Hag is a big mistake made by management, finding a replacement is the most appropriate option to save the club from the victory crisis.
Since the management appointed him as coach, he has only been able to give Man United one win from the last 11 matches in European competitions.

Fenerbahçe will face M.United tonight. It is a tough opponent for Fenerbahçe but M.United is not the same as before.
I think Fenerbahçe can get points from this match.
Most punters would easily call this one a Fenerbahçe win because of Utds many "poor" performances, but I will tell you that over the last couple of weeks United has shown several improvements both defensive and offensive wise and this isn't a match you would call as a walkover...if Fenerbahçe is to win then they will have to work for it but otherwise I see a Utd win having come from a win last weekend which will have the players pumped.
Manchester United has recovered a bit. To be honest, I can't say the same for Fenerbahçe, Fenerbahçe lost points to a local team last week.
Mourinho needs to win this match or he will have to resign, consecutive failures will push him to do so.
Although I know Manchester United is one step closer to victory. My heart will be Fenerbahçe to play an extraordinary game tonight and get three points from this Manchester United. Smiley
Manchester United failed to win this European League match against Fenerbahçe, but at least they didn't drop points. Manchester United was performing in the English Premier League and I thought Manchester United might lose points in this match of the European League. However, Manchester United should have earned full points in this match. Manchester United managed to score a goal early in the game and 3 points could have gone in their favor if they had played more attacking football and defended their defense against Fenerbahçe later on. However, Manchester United fans may not be unhappy with the result because their team has performed so much that it is a big deal for Manchester United fans.

Sooner or later we will surely hear about Erik Ten Hag's dismissal at Manchester United and in my local media there have been some news about who are the candidates who will replace him and they are considered better than Erik Ten Hag. However, this news is not completely valid regarding its certainty because in fact the news about Erik Ten Hag's dismissal has been circulating for a long time but the club's top brass are still defending him until now, but if bad results continue to occur, there is no reason to continue to maintain it, precisely what will happen is that fans will increasingly criticize Man United.

I am speechless on why Ten Hag is still in Old Trafford, when Manchester united management is seeing everything happening before their own eyes, and they fold their hands doing nothing. Maybe, he has being very loyal to them and they control him on what to do, which he obeys. This can also be another reason why they are hoping that he will be able to succeed in improving the team's performance before the end of the season. If not, why are they not feeling bad and do the needful for the club.

For me, Man United management should take firm action on this issue, because when fans are already fed up with Eric's situation, the Dutch coach did not make any changes after spending a lot of money but he did not give a good impact, with an unreliable strategy, making fans fed up with Man United's playing style every minute, and I think Man United will be out early in this competition, they are not good and show what they want, there is no hope there and also everywhere as long as there is still a botok head coach.

Surely if Man United goes out early, there will be fewer people watching the Europa League because their market has a lot of fans, but unfortunately Man United does not give what the fans want and I think Man United will not enter the next phase.

Come to think of it, how did Manchester United qualify for the Europa League?
And seeing how they are now, it is increasingly convincing that their performance is getting worse. There is no chance and even their current position is too bad at 21st, it is really hopeless. The reason they entered the Europa League is indeed like that, because the club won the 2023–24 FA Cup against Man City. Yes, there is nothing to expect from all that, it is increasingly convincing.

Manchester United is maintaining its position thanks to some luck and some performance. Other than that they would be overthrown to the other side of the table in English Premier League and from all competitions including UEFA Europa League.
They have a respectable manager and good players and an amount of failure that worth to be studied in prestigious football academies!

If Manchester United try to lower their season targets, just to save the incapable coach, they will continue with no improvement and no achievement in coming seasons with Ten Hag.

Simeone Inzaghi is a good enough coach. With Simeone Inzaghi we watched Inter Milan's performance. Inter Milan played in the Champions League final. However, failed to win the Champions League title. Inter Milan also managed to win the Serie A title under Simeone Inzaghi.

Also Xavi was fired by Barcelona but he is an excellent coach. Xavi took over at Barcelona at a time when Barcelona were a team in complete disarray. Xavi has gradually stabilized Barcelona. And the team won the La Liga title. So I think Manchester United will benefit if Xavi is given the role of coach

Manchester United management has invested a lot of money on TEn Hag. And sacking Ten Hag would cost United financially. Perhaps this is why the Manchester United management has not yet decided to sack Ten Hag. But it is certain that Manchester United's performance will not improve if Ten Hag is not sacked.

Fenerbahce was able to match Manchester United's game so that they managed to create an unbeaten chance in the match. Manchester United themselves were not in their best form because they lost slightly regarding ball possession. The winning percentage should have been much greater for Manchester United compared to Fenerbahce but they failed to take advantage of the best opportunities because Fenerbahce played more neatly and solidly.

Although Manchester United did not get a defeat, in my opinion they threw away too many points in matches that they should have won and that really needs to be fixed by Erik Ten Hak.

It's now officially that Erik Ten Hang cannot win an Europa match

Last week Manchester United coach put up a camouflage by being able to win Brentford but I was of the opinion that he has not improved a bit. Due you he was able to win, the pressure of being sacked or the speculation because there was no pressure on him was less. But today, he has proven that there's no significant change as he was unable to beat Fenerbahce even after scoring first. Manchester United is unable to win their 3 matches in the Europa league and there's no sign that things will change for them.

I am keen to seeing how  Manchester United will end up with Erik Ten Hang. From champions league contenders to Europa league strugglers.

It's painful to watch Manchester United is failing this hard. It's all due to the bad decisions by INEOS and the Glazers to keep the baldy fraud. It's been 12 months since we saw Man Utd won their european game. And i can't believe the owners are still trusting the delusional statement by baldy fraud.

It's a managerial issue. The management must address it by recruiting a new coach for the club.

The latest news says Man Utd is looking for a new coach. I believe they'll sack Ten Hag before the winter transfer season.

I also have a view that is not much different from yours where the Roma coach has to see the side that is still lacking so that it can be rebuilt in the Roma team. Because in previous seasons Roma was a team that was so respected by other teams in the Europa League, but for this season it seems that it is no longer there. So the Roma coach himself must be able to realize this and try to make Roma perform much better with players who still have good quality this season so that they are not considered useless when they are in the Roma team.
The previous session Roma is still have Jose Mourinho as head coach. That coach is considering Roma as a respected club after getting the UEFA Conference Cup Thropy. Now with De Rossi, Roma still has a problem with consolidation for each player. I admit, when we talk about strategy, De Rossi is enough brilliant to formulate the strategies. But, he still lack to considering it on the field. But at least he has shown it on the last match. Roma is able to win when face Dynamo Kiev. De Rossi enough briliant to give space Zeki Celik to move on any area. He become a player which can move as offensive and defensive player. This can be note for De Rossi to considering him to next match.

yeah man United qualified for the European league not because they got a good ranking in the Premier league. But they escaped because they won the FA Cup which miraculously enabled them to beat Man City whose strength was actually very different from theirs. So it is not surprising that in the ongoing European League we see Man United unable to get maximum results.

And it is not surprising to see Man United continue to get draws in the 3 matches they have played in the European League this season. This only explains to us that this team really needs fresh air and big changes both in terms of managerial and other things that are needed. Because if it continues like this we will only see Man United falling into an even worse reputation.
