Saint Petersburg against Betis Was 0-2 pretty quickly and then Saint Petersburg made it 2-2 pretty quickly and this also seemed to be the halftime score. However, Betis did not give up and is now 2-3 ahead again and it is now rest. Barcelona has been in the corner where the blows fall for a while. Barcelona will probably lose or this match will end in a 1-1 draw. I'm not sure Barcelona won the match even though they played at home today. The first half ended for Napoli to win 0-1 although Barcelona had several chances to score.

Barcelona managed to create several goal chances but poor finishing saw them miss in the first half. Napoli's advantage so far is because they have a good defense to withstand Barcelona's attacks and Napoli are also quite fast on the counter-attack. So if you bet on Barcelona today, get ready for your bet to lose. Cheesy

Barcelona fell behind Napoli now in the first half but I'm sure Barcelona will repay them soon. Because it's still the first half I think there's still plenty of time for Barcelona to score. Napoli played quite well throughout this first half and they also have a good defense so Barcelona are still struggling to score goals. But I'm sure they will soon.

Is it just me or is Napoli trying to play ball control without much aggravation of the game? Does this mean that a draw will suit them or is this a temporary trolling of Barcelona and then they will play more aggressively in attack? I hope that second, I would like to see a lot of goals today, and not a dull game between two cautious teams. By the way, the Barcelona players act insecurely, as if they are occupying not their positions on the field.

They have better chance because Barcelona is not in a good shape this season especially after losing in the UCL group stage and there are quite alot of injuries for so I wont be surprised if Napoli take down the 1st leg. Yes because it is one of the most interesting matches among the others in my opinion.

Barcelona looks like the underdog to win today's match over Napoli based on the odds the bookie gives "1.93 - 3.75 - 3.80". There is a chance they will win because I don't think this is a trap to lose a lot of money. My prediction for this match is 2-1 for Barcelona to win and I think that's pretty convincing.

It is possible that today's match will end in a draw between Barcelona and Napoli. But because of Barcelona's recent improvement in form, I can confidently say that they deserved to win the match at home.

Xavi has so far managed to bring Barcelona back to the 4th position in the league standings even though it was doubted because of a series of unsatisfactory results. But some of their January transfers have had a good impact on improving performance and are expected to also win the match vs Napoli today.
