I don't know why they're hyping Ferguson vs Khabib so much. According to the news their stare down after the press conference for 209 was 'intense'. But the video showed anything but. It was ok. One fighter was trying to taunt the other but it wasn't intense. Woodley and Thompson also stared down but tried to keep it friendly.

YEAH!! My favourite fight so on their first meet Woodley vs Thompson at UFC 205 and now they meet again on UFC 209. I thought it's too fast to meet both fighters again ? NVM, i'm so hyped on this match, on UFC 205. This match is really good and full 5 rounds match and Thompson lose because the decision score. Will wait for it.

How do we know if Tyron Woodley is really going to be in danger? You base this on what happened in the first fight. Do you think Tyron did not study that last fight versus Wonderboy? Do you think Tyron did not learn anything? He did so it is hard to judge the outcome of their upcoming fight because there are many variables that might be changing here. Tyron can win this. I expect him to use more leg kicks to slow down his opponent.

@eaLiTy. I have been watching the UFC for a long time. They will hype this fight really well and make the fighters trash talk each other in social media and during their interviews. This will make us think that this will be a bloody fight to the death. But what usually happens is we will see a copy of what happened in their first fight. It will depend on Wonderboy now because Tyrone is more of a counter puncher. If Wonderboy does not act, Tyrone will not have an opening to make him move.
Like wise mate.I started watching MMA during the pride days ,the first match was really close and its a good thing they went with the draw and that alone will hype the second encounter even in the first match Tyrone had Wonderboy in a tight choke but he did not tap and i really thought he passed out because no one can take those choke this long and that squeeze must have drained Tyrone in the later rounds.Tyrone is really explosive and that might bring him the victory the second time i guess. According to some comments I have read online, Tyron made a mistake with the choke. He should have pressed the throat to disallow Wonderboy to breath. He was going for a type of choke to make him pass out and in the guillotine position it will be hard.
For the winner it is hard to predict because the 1st fight was close. But for me it was a split decision for Tyron. Wonderboy did nothing in that fight. Tyron knocked him down and did a choke that almost won him the fight.

Can't wait to watch for this match, of course this was a tough match to retain the title, I think Woodley should play stand up fighting. In addition to the main party, that I wait is: Mark Hunt vs. Alistair Overeem. Hope "Super Samoan" can win.
This is really gonna be better than before. The previous fight is really controversial. But im happy that it turn out to be draw. These two fighters are really good. The previous fight is very special. Most people at the venue is really standing and shouting. These two shows their big heart. Woodley just exert a lot of force at the 4th Round causing exhaustion at the fifth round. And Thompson just did an outstanding performance. I didn't expect him to survive that 4th round. But actually he did. And he came back at 5th round.

It might all be just a threat from Hunt or he's doing this as a publicity stunt to attract the crowd. But remember, the threat of doing something is sometimes much more advantageous than actually doing it. It will all end with a settlement involving millions of USD for Hunt.

With the fights announced i do think this is one of the best fight cards after UFC 205,It is really going to be a short match between Woodley and Thompson i guess,now they know each other and would have figured out their weakness and the best camp with the smartest decisions will win this match,the match i am looking for is Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Tony Ferguson both are fantastic fighters but any day any opponent my bet is on Khabib .
