Cody Garbrandt's back injury was so unfortunate, i hope it doesn't ruin his career, he was destined to be one of the best ever, the way he played around with Dominic Cruz in 207 was pretty epic, he made him look like a noob sometimes, notable since Dominic Cruz is a top competitor too.
Dominic Cruz is a tough competitor but one thing is that his body is not keep up with the talents this kid has and even in recent times he is plagued by plantar fascia tendinitis, which is a painful foot and since is game plan is focused on movement it will be hard to win a battle with that kind of disease,it was an epic battle tough.Hope he could recover and come back and put up some fantastic shows.

I believe both Dominic Cruz and Cody Garbrandt will come back in full form and then fight a rematch, and it's anybody's guess who will win, because both fighters are one of the best of all times on their division no doubt about that. When the rematch happens I have no idea who I would bet on.

I agree with notserp and I will follow him on his Robert Whitaker bet. Why is everyone suddenly talking up Yoel Romero? Oh yes right, because he defeated Chris Weidman with a surprising move. But maybe some of you forgot how old Yoel really is.

lollolol yeah he only has 6 tko/ko wins out of his 9 wins in the ufc, and hes not heavy fisted? and the only advantage romero has on whittaker is wrestling and alittle size thats it every thing else is to whittaker anyways i hope he a big dog
One thing i have seen with Romero is that he wont initiate wrestling unless it is forced upon him and i do not see Robert Whittaker initiating wrestling,he would plan to dismantle him on his feet and Romero has being rocked before but he has the power to finish anybody even when he is hurt, look at the fight against Tim Kennedy,he was rocked and i thought Kennedy will finish the fight but the reversal happened, after getting hit he came back and finished Tim Kennedy,so i would not want to bet against Romero.

i will be picking
Robert Whittaker
Robbie Lawler
Fabricio Werdum
i hope Whittaker is a decent sized dog
To be frank looking at the size of Yoel Romero i would say no one had a chance against him, even after USADA testing he is the only fighter without any change to his body mass while the rest of the muscle men looks like inflated balloon.  Grin Rober Whittaker has speed as his advantage but i would go for Romero simply because of his athletic strength.

I will also pick Yoel Romero to win. I think this is an easy fight for him. Robert Whitaker is too small and is not a heavy fisted fighter. And all advantage points to Romero. I know Whitaker has speed but I see hitting Yoel but will not cause any damage. Yoel is a monster, only thing we can say about him is his stamina.

Another messup for the UFC. No GSP vs Bisping, no Cody... those are the fights I wanted

Nunes will win, Cerrone will win, Fabricio will win, not exciting imo.

Fabricio Werdum vs Alistair Overeem will be my favorite but only because it's a nostalgic fight, but those guys should retire, I think they have no options against Stipe.

@krach. Do you think we should wait for the odds to change so we can get better odds for Valentina? I can see now that it is almost 50/50 between them. If those odds maintain or move to Valentina as the favorite on the day of the fight then do you think a bet on Amanda would be better? Amanda is still the stronger fighter.

Get Rekt
Shevchenko all day
5 round fight favors here ,she has no reason to fear the slower striking of Nunes, just prevent takedowns and let Nunes get tired.
Shev stays on the outside picks her apart in round 4 and 5

Yup.  This is a good card.  It would have been awesome if it still had Cody Garbradnt and TJ Dillashaw tho.  We'd three fights for the belt if it were so.  Plus Garbradnt vs Dillashaw is a very intriguing match up.  Dillawshaw has almost the same footwork as Cruz but with a direct style and more knocking power.
They have a story behind and it will be interesting to see them fight as Cody Garbradnt is the best fighter from the team alpha male camp and TJ just dumped them and started talking smack after he left them which is really not acceptable but there is another interesting battle going on with Cody Garbradnt and a body builder named Matthew Kader who challenged Cody for a fight and have already booked flight tickets for the battle and he promised it will be streaming live coming june 25th.I am sure his smart ass will get a good beating.

Oh yeah, that's right isn't it...  In one season of The Ultimate Fighter, it was Conor who analyzed Dillashaw's situation and his intentions pretty well.  Smart man, Conor.  Team Alpha Male had no idea.

Another stacked card and we have a lot of interesting fights in this card and finally the UFC is pushing women's MMA and trusting the new champion and i never expected this all of a sudden when they did not promote Nunes against her match up against Ronda and i think to compensate they gave her the main slot, which is a good thing as they are learning from their mistakes.

I couldn't agree more regarding TJ's footwork mate. I really hate to see their fight being cancelled. Anyways, I'm looking forward to Amanda Nunes defending her title against Valentina Shevchenko. This will be rematch. Nunes will advantage is her all around skillset but Shevchenko has good striking ability. Her only loss inside the Octagon came at the hands of Nunes and Shevchenko hopes to avenge that loss and capture the bantamweight belt. But I still Nunes winning.

So Bisping and GSP are out of 213.  And for the MW bout we got Yoel Romero vs Whitaker, fighting for the interim MW belt.  The new main event will be Nunes vs Shevchenko 2.  Not a bad main and co-main if you ask me.

Here's the updated card so far.  <3 Lawler vs Cerrone!

Women's Bantamweight:  Amanda Nunes vs Valentina Shevchenko
Middleweight:    Yoel Romero vs Robert Whittaker
Welterweight:    Robbie Lawler   vs Donald Cerrone
Heavyweight:    Fabricio Werdum vs Alistair Overeem
Lightweight:  Anthony Pettis vs Jim Miller
Heavyweight:  Travis Browne vs Oleksiy Oliynyk
Welterweight:  Jordan Mein vs Belal Muhammad

@eaLiTy. Gegard Mousasi will also a good match up for Anderson but both Gegard and Robert Whitaker just fought in April. They might not want to fight this July because their bodies need to recover and starting another fight camp so soon will put them at the risk of injury. This is bad timing for Anderson. Maybe it would be better for him to move his schedule.

Have Fun )@@( Stay Safe
@Hydrogen. I speculate it will be Anderson Silva and I hope it will be versus Yoel Romero. What is the news on Michael Bisping? Is he still interested for UFC 213? I heard he is also out.
It is highly unlikely Anderson Silva  will be given a shot at the interim title,Michael Bisping is not interested to fight Yoel Romero and what he says now is that he is nursing an injury and so it will take a long time to recover he just wants the big money fight against GSP,i can understand why everyone is afraid of Romero, the most likely candidate to get the shot is Robert Whittaker.
