You heard wrong about PPT. Populous is a scam token, you can search on Google and find their scam.
I don't know about Paypie. Other mentioned coins are good.

I would also add MTH (Monetha). ICO ended in September and made x3 the 1st day it appeard on EtherDelta. But then bounty hunters dumped a lot. So now the price is too low and the coin has a good potential to grow with the development of Monetha project.

I like ARDR a lot as an undervalued coin.

Ardor's a competitor to Ethereum but they've had the benefit of seeing the issues/security flaws that Ethereum has encountered and built around that. I like the idea of the transactions of the child chains occuring separate to the main chain to reduce congestion. It's not a proven yet, but thing should start moving around the end of October once the Ignis ICO is done with.

It's worth doing some research on this one.

XRP and XSPEC are nice longterm hold coins. I ardor is one of the most undervalued coins out there. Its on a small correction right now, but still on a good track!
