You can't say some coin undervalued due to its market cap.
Speaking of the truth, there's none coin that can be called undervalued. The market has determined the rightest price for the coin and if people still think that some coin is undervalued based on their opinion, it's just their opinion and not the fact. marketcap has nothing to do with the value of a coin is perfectly right.

MDA (moeda), a new coin with small market cap and little people know, it has a strong team and government background of Brazil, maybe its the next OMG

At their current price & volume, I think they have a very reasonable price. I am not going to call them undervalued, but there is definitely a lot potential for their price to increase higher.

Nothing happens. So how to know at what price to enter in ?
There is no volume simply because not many people are going to let go of their coins at the current market price. Why would I sell my token for $0.05 when I know it will rise to $1 in a few month's time?
Once their MVP is ready and they have their own blockchain (some time in Dec - Jan), it will be much easier for people to understand what is really going on.
PPT, IXT, IFT and IOTA are the names that undervalued. This would be either new technogoly or solution to scale market
I dont trust in IOTA so much, there is a lot of FUD about that coin here in this forum.. and the other coins, i have never heard about them, can you explain me a little bit about them? what are their names? are their con coinmarketcap?
There are a lot of new altcoins everyday, i can not even follow them all, hahaha, but we have to be carefull and dont invest in those that doesnt have volume, because that means no movements in its price.
IOTA now has a lot os problems because the IoT sector is not developed yet, but all the same in a long term it is a good investment.

In my opinion, the following two coins are undervalued:
Iexec-RLC -- Good project. The coin was released in May. Currently around the initial value. 40M market cap
Tokencard (TKN) -- Beta release scheduled for octuber 2nd. Current market cap: 45M, while Monaco has 237M market cap and Tenx has 465M
