Only few tokens that are undervalued good for long term holding. Those coins that has greater volume and good market cap but the rest that are low market cap and low valued token, don't waste your money there.

A very simple idea. As long as the project is lower than its own value can be held for a long time, or even buy more, this is a very good value low-lying areas, once you begin to return value will get a very big return.
