That's a good news. It's getting easier that we can give donations in bitcoin or altcoins, so we can't go across the border,  just a few minutes of transactions.

There was only an ICO prepared for voluntary donations. Soon they seem to be popular. Nevertheless, this is a good answer to the misuse of everyday use.

This makes it easy for coin owners to donate by accepting cryptocurrency coins as a payment method. I think this is good news and also things that have a positive impact on the survival of social life.

Wow. It is great to know that Bitcoin is now using in donation especially in UNICEF a world wide local organization that support a homeless, children and poor family. Its great to use crypto to donate money for the people. Thanks to the administration of UNICEF because they used it to collect more funds to support the campaign.

I am really happy to be reading posts like this that more institutions and companies are now accepting Bitcoins. Samsung and Rollys Royce have also joined the ride and now UNICEF. Job well done! I'm hoping to see more of those big companies joining the bitcoin industry. Soon we will have total democracy over the decisions of the banks.

I think it is good for the reputation of both UNICEF and cryptocurrencies. Especially now, when we are experiencing not the best time.

This is really great move for unicef now they know that they can get donations through cryptocurrency. Affiliating to crypto will really help them to help others and build projects and give donations to some charities around the world. I hope other international foundation will be open to crypto in the near future for us to donate easier.

Bitcoin has been and remains a strong and promising cryptocurrency, convenient and reliable to use, and believe in it or not is a personal matter. But you need to look objectively and not be afraid of the new.

Therefore, we would be very grateful if the BitcoinTalk community could help us by giving us your feedbacks on the pages, what to improve, to add or to correct, and better if you can relay the information to your network, and even better, if you could make a little donation to encourage the hesitating ones.

Thank you for any help you can provide !
This is very good for humanity, because not all people are lucky like us, by setting aside a little of the money from profits of our trade or investment, to help our brothers in need, as well as to open the eyes of the world about the positive things of crypto.

One international body accepting crypto is one thing that will add to the crypto community.
UNICEF is able to provide positive points for the development of bitcoin.

It is always good to see news items like this concerning high profiled international bodies like UNICEF. Most especially when the world of crypto and bitcoin is involved. I believe these are some of the many things that can help propagate blockchain to the world.

News is true, but are the links are correct?
I am not french so not able to validate it , but official UNICEF is www.unicef.fr and link for donation is lp.unicef.fr
Your activity is also too low to be trusted.
Can any French guy can validate the site?

You are right to be careful ! unicef.fr is the website for UNICEF French committee whereas unicef.org is the website for UNICEF headquarter in NY.
And lp.unicef.fr, is our subdomain for landing pages.
But what is important to check is that if the web page is in HTTPS protocole, that the certificat is valid, (just clic on the green lock on the left of your navigation bar), and that the domain is really unicef.fr and not uniicef.fr or uncicef.fr or something that looks like unicef.fr but isn't.

ECOSTART
I am following in Unicef's footsteps and actually out doing them. I accept donations in all alt coins in the top 200 cmc (except xrp)

Contact for donation addresses.

I'll one up you there. I also accept gold and fiat.

Contact for coordinates of the drop point.  Grin

Always one willing to accept anything.......sinking to fiat though... Smiley

Okay okay... I'll accept XRP.
Donate to the burn address I'll collect it from there.

That's nice! No one will mind accepting donations irrespective in the form of digital currency they come in. On a serious note, this is a step forward for the crypto community.

Looking at crypto's kind better, accepting various kinds of crypto can also benefit. So in accepting donations must be able to accept all kinds of coins, it will be better and without restrictions, certainly many investors will help raise funds from UNICEF.
Moreover, XRP is a coin that is growing and starts to have a name that is able to shift the position of Ethereum.
