For some bounties it happened to me too , and it hurts when I saw the token got add to the Binance and went to the moon , The only thing i could do was to first report to the bounty manager and see if I can have my bounty tokens but he didn't respond and I had to report him somewhere else when it had bad affection for his reputation , I don't like to ruin someone else's reputation but if I don't have any other way what can I do?!
Most of the ICO is now having trouble collecting investment , so they don't pay for their signature and their work. The bull season must be will reopened for investors to return
We don't seem to have any way to solve this cycle, because our hunters must find and complete many bounty activities every day, and no hunter can guarantee the authenticity of the event!
I participated in some bounties, but not so much as i wanted because of time. But i was always get coins, as they said, instead i participated in more airdrops this year and last year, but for some i not get coins and others was copy others legit project and just get some coins which worth under 5$ in total and others just send some coins and "devs" sell their for fast money (scam).
I think airdrop for now is mostly fraud and I have also felt a lot of bounties and airdrops are not paid and the continuation is not clear from the bounty manager I follow
I am also one of the unlucky people involved in some phishing projects, some after the campaign ends + 2 weeks, it's hard to find a good campaign now. We only hope and continue our work.

They taste God's justice sooner or later. there's nothing we can do, Envion didn't pay me and the other bounty hunters, but then he came close to disappearing on the market.

It's unfortunate but the only thing to do is to move on. I have experienced this and their ICO took year before it got finished. It just happened last month and now they force KYC when it's obvious that they just really don't pay our hardwork because they are too ambitious to reach their hardcap when they could not even reach their softcap after numerous extensions have already been made.
1 year ico/bounty ? wow thats freakin cool . i think that is the first time i heard a bounty that runs over a year . you shouldnt have joined them at the first because their running time frame is verry unusual when compared to other existing bounties , not unless they are paying per week .
next time , youd better choose a bounty that does not have an ico or the soft cap is already been reached because they are more better and secure when compared to the usual type of ico bounties .

This year it is a fairly common occurrence when cheating on bounty and not paying for work. I hope that there is some higher power that will punish these scammers sooner or later.
Is always happening if you join a bounty who handle with unknown Bounty Manager, they promise to distribute their tokens based on the time they have specified. But actually, they never sent out the tokens and always make more and more fake reason to lie to us...

I feel so bad everytime i join in bounty campaigns and when its the time of distribution it went to scam. This hurts me a lot , ypu worked for almost 2 months without getting nothing in return. How do you deal with this while your time has gone to work on bounty to promote their projects.
Unfortunately, there is no absolute guarantee that you will be paid, but if you choose companies that have collected a soft cap, there is hope that you will be paid 70 percent of these companies.

When I encountered a fraudulent bounty, my mood was always bad, because the activity took me a lot of time, but I can't make any punishment for these liar, I feel helpless!
