Some major projects don't even pay, e.g. envion, hdac and current or they pay late.
Selection of the project entirely dependent on chance

I have followed a bounty that does not pay when the ICO is over and I think it's a risk that there's always a chance that the gifts we follow end up with a scam, so I try to stay calm and accept it, and I have to move on and be more careful again in choosing bounty

And how do they comment on all this? What is this bounty program? Tell us everything so that everyone knows the details.

Try to double check the the website and dig deeper research about the platform. A feedback from this platform is really important to me and how they handle their community through social media is also a plus for me. There are many things I consider before joining the bounty like the bounty manager, how active they are on social media accounts, and how lively or how presentable their website is. if the team member are willing to show their faces on youtube videos, that also is a big plus for me. If the bounty ends up to be a scam, deal with it since we can't avoid such scenario. Still, we can join multiple bounties as a back up and doing further research is a must to minimize promoting those scam ICOs.

in fact, it's just called diversification. you need to always allocate your money, time, effort and take the risk as given. Therefore, you always need to wait for the work in spite of periodic disappointments

If they did not pay you (when you did it right) it was scam. I was scammed by a scam campaign. It's bad when I spend so much time on the campaign .. but I can not do anything. they are scammers

I tooked part in a few bounties which were not paid and it dissapointed me because I value every minute of my time. Unfortunately it's happening and in most cases we can't do anything to recieve our paid. We just should choose bounties more carefully

When you have followed some bounty then at the end of the bounty they promise to distribute their tokens based on the time they have specified. But in fact, after waiting some time token not sent. What's worse, it turns out bounty that we have followed is a scam.
How do you deal with this while your time has gone to work on bounty to promote their projects.

I've been bounty for a few times that I've been annoying you because you're wasting time and tired after you've paid and you advertice their products with some bots after thank you but I did not do it because I did not know that it would be difficult if they did not pay you.

It is very heartbreaking and disappointing but this dos not mean it is the end of good bounties in crypto. I will just forget about that bounty because I know if I take my time to carefully choose a good and potential one, I ill not be disappointed at the end because there are still some very goo bounties. I will pick another one and do all it take to make sure I do not get scammed again.

You can't do anything much about it just take it as a lesson and next time do much research before joining into the bounties. If you followed a scam bounty means you actually helped the investors to scam so it is your fault to and there is no way to get your money back. All you can do is can get a negative trust for the user who handled that bounty.

It actually feels so painful and discouraging. After working my self out for up to 2 months or even more than, getting to know I will not be getting my rewards is just too bad.
A personal experience in this regard was a campaign I joined to since last year November. The name of the project is Envion. The team promised to reward its bounty participants 2 weeks after ICO which actually ended since Jan 14 this year. You wouldn't believe, nothing has been done to us bounty participants. They are even claiming to be having some critical issues as regards their project, so therefore no one should mention any bounty affiliated thing in their ears. I think the treatment of bounty participants over time has been kinda unfair. After we might have work tirelessly for a project success, we are quick to be forgotten. Leaving out the fact that we actually played a vital role in their success. It's so unfair.

Reporting scam won't help you get your payment for the job done, unfortunately. Also the bounty manager is often without a fault, and gets scammed just like you, so just patiently wait and see.

I have a few bounties that have not been paid, it's unpleasant, but at times nothing can be done about it. It is necessary to give the analyst more time.

Honestly if a an ICO company decided to not continue their projects or if it turned into a scam you can not do anything about it anymore. Just move on and continue if you still want to be a bounty hunter. But this is a lesson that bounty hunters should learn. You should not just participate in any kinds of campaigns without knowing them and understanding the purpose of their project and if you think that they will perform good then participate on it. But dont just participate just because of the money you can get.

I usually find projects that are fraudulent in the middle of a project because I always update with bounty hunter groups, so usually I've left a fraudulent project before the campaign is over.
If I find a fraudulent project, I consider it is a risk of my work as a bounty hunter. so I will continue to work here, because I know the potential of the world of cryptocurancy.

You feel bad at first but there's nothing to do, it's some kind of gambling. Sometimes projects run their own bounty and this is even worse if they dont pay you.

I think unpaid bounties becomes something common nowadays. I'm facing it from time to time , but this year is a a total disaster , because the amount of scam bounties has doubled. Sometimes it's not a scam , but just a project which facing with financial problems (which is not rare in present days) , in this case I'm trying to talk with their team in telegram or on forum to clarify payment dates and corrected roadmap . It usually works well and all I need to do furher is wait for distribution . But in some cases , when project turned into scam , I really don't know what we can to do , so I don't bother about it. I believe karma will find them with time .
