Full results from New York, by congressional districts. Trump lost 2-3 delegates by very narrow margins (Check 12th and 20th congressional districts).

Trump is just as free to gather delegates at conventions as Ted Cruz. Whining because you don't like the rules of the game isn't very presidential.

He does not win the nomination by getting votes in states.

He wins the Republican nomination at the national convention. He should focus on that. Like all of the other Republicans are.

Maybe if he had spent more time in the Republican Party instead of donating to Democrats he would understand how the process works.

Maybe he does understand how the process works.

"Trump cleverly used the Colorado “rules change” situation that denied him any delegates as a warning to the party for the convention. Trump’s Wall Street Journal article about Colorado was perfect because it primed voters to be touchy about any future shenanigans. The party has been warned.

The Colorado situation is a perfect fit for Trump’s story. Trump is trying to break the system at the same time the system is acting rigged right in front of our eyes."

The party is all about shenanigans. They literally beat up Ron Paul supporters at the conventions among many other things to keep them out.

This year or the last election cycle?

2012.

Back room rule changes, shutting down the conference when they saw that Ron Paul was winning, changing the rules at the national convention so Ron Paul wouldn't be on the ballot, ignoring the clear voice downvote at the national convention (the teleprompter had the next line "the ayes have it" already typed out and the speaker read it word for word).

^^^^ What he (Ted Cruz) did in Wyoming, North Dakota, and Colorado was unethical, immoral, unscrupulous, and unprincipled. It probably cost him at least 10% of the vote in NY (he finished with 14.5% of the vote). He might have gained a few dozen delegates from the rigged primaries. But in the end, it is going to cost him a lot more delegates.

He was on a TV show called "You're Fired".

Apparently that qualified him to run for the office of president of the United States as the male version of Hillary Clinton.

He's also a big fan of Xenophobes who he easily manipulated by saying he would build a 200 foot wall all around the US.

He is also unique in that he's a Democrat winning the Republican nomination.

Exit polls from CNN showing Donald Trump winning somewhere around 57% to 58% of the vote. This must get him the vast majority, but not all the delegates from the state of New York. Cruz is probably not going to win any delegates from this particular primary, while Kasich may win somewhere around 5 to 10 delegates.

That's close to what I expected, namely: Trump 60%, Kasich 20% and Cruz 20%. [Yes, it was an educated guess shouted upstairs last night. Smiley ]

Seems like the exit polls slightly under-estimated the Trump vote. With 93% of the vote being counted, Trump is currently leading with 60.0% of the vote, followed by Kasich at 25.2%.

Out of the 95 delegates, Trump has so far won 89, with Kasich winning just 3. Three delegates are yet to be decided. It seems like Trump is going to win 90 or 91 out of the 95 delegates.

Quote from: Donald Trump
I wrote this out and it's very close to my heart because I was down there, and I watch our police and our firemen down at 7-Eleven, down at the World Trade Center right after it came down, and I saw the greatest people I've ever seen in action...

And NO, "Take back America" does not mean the Mexicans can take it back, and it doesn't mean the Saudis can take it back. It means the citizens of the United States of America can take it back.  Hell, I'll throw in those with Permanent Resident visas, too.  They can take it back, too.

Perhaps it is too late. The federal debt is about to cross the $20 trillion mark, and almost $0.5 trillion of it is owned by the Saudis. Another $1.3 trillion is owned by the Chinese and some $1.1 trillion is with the Japanese. Then there are dozens of smaller nations, which own smaller portions of the debt. Pay back all this, and you can take back America.  Grin

hi guys im from somewhere not form unitedstates can someone tell me what is the problem(s) with donald trump ?

he is like the mainstreme on my news feed on facebook lol

Sure.  The part of some people which is batshit crazy seems to come out when they see Trump.

Then there are all the America-haters who can't stand the thought that America would be great again.

This is my biggest issue with Donald Trump. The idea that America may one day be great again thanks to him. Screw that!

I also believe that the terrorists hate us for our freedom.

I am still trying to figure out what freedom we have...but one day our great leader will tell us.

I admit I am pro trump, but the bolded sentence above is not what I have heard him saying.

I heard it more like "Let us (plural) make America great again."

That I can relate to, an effort shared by everyone.  If a politician said he would do such a thing, himself, I would not only not believe him but would immediately distrust him.

Well, it's all about hope and change.

Change we can believe in.

Help take back America.

Yes we can.
