As a non American I wonder, how many delegates does Trump still need to get his nomination?

He needs 1,237 to win the nomination. He currently has 949 locked in. He needs 288 more to win, otherwise he will have trouble fighting things out at the convention.

There are about 500 delegates remaining. California being the main one with 172 delegates.

California awards its delegates by congressional district so it could easily be proportional amongst all the candidates. Most likely Trump will win the few large Congressional districts in the big cities but Cruz and Kashsish could win a lot of the farmland districts throughout the state.

Ok so he still needs more than 50% of the remaining delegates :/

Well, we just have to hope and count on the stupidity of Americans voters ^^

You can count on the stupidity of American voters every single time.

Bars of gold would never function as real tank treads, it is way too soft, it would just rip apart.

We'd also need to figure out how to get all that gold we sent to China back.  I don't see how it could be done.  Probably easier to transmutate some element into gold than to pry it back out of the Orient at this point.  Much of what China got was probably the gold we were 'hodling' for Germany I'll bet.  Hehe.

Anyway, for the reasons you point out, if tank tracks are to be made of gold bars it makes it relatively easy to figure out where to pan for gold and look for nuggets.  I think I've found exactly one fleck of color in the few times I've tried my hand at panning gold...and that well my have been iron pyrite.

Tonight just gave you the official GOP nominee in a massive sweep that is nearly unprecedented in modern times. Trump is the nominee and he'll beat Hillary's ass in November. World: digest it and get used to Trump being the next honcho from the USA. I don't love him by any means and consider him seriously flawed, but I'll take him if the other realistic option is F-ing Hillary.

Meanwhile, we do our own thing here in Bitcoinland. I hope you got yourself some LTC too considering what's going on in the books.

Out of the 54 unbound delegates to be elected from Pennsylvania, supporters of Cruz and Kasich are leading in a few districts. Currently, out of the top-54, the loyalties are as follows:

Trump: 16
Cruz: 3
Kasich: 1
District-winner: 19
Uncommitted: 8
Unknown: 4

(Counting has't started for the 15th Dist.)

OK... very good day for Donald Trump. He swept all the five states which went to the primaries, with huge margins. Here is the situation as of now:

Look, we don't have to tell the Pentagon that.  We'll just charge them per tread, and do them the favor of carting off the broke parts.
