Datapoint:

I just made a donation to the Trump campaign for the first time.  Standard credit card type (no Bitcoin option unsurprisingly...I broke my rule about never supporting an entity except via Bitcoin.)

I thought it funny that they would not at least send me a thank-you e-mail.  They did, but it didn't show up in my 'inbox' (Google Apps platform.)  I do find it in my 'all mail' box and it seems to have only an 'inbox' tag.  It's not in the 'spam' mailbox.  The email came from 'revv.co'.

In looking around a bit, I noticed this article which might be interesting to some people.  Espeicially those with industry experiance:

https://www.indicative.com/how-the-presidential-candidates-spy-on-their-supporters/

It more-or-less matched my expectations.  Clinton, as the last best globalist technocracy candidate standing, is out in front on this sort of thing.

You guys are gonna LOVE this!!!

Julian Assange is promising a DNC-level take-down of HILLARY before the Sept. 26 debate --  Expect CRIMINAL LEVEL INDICTMENTS.

He was interviewed 2 weeks ago while digging through thousands of Clinton's leaked emails:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqMRAQ5h7GY

What is really funny is that the Clinton crime syndicate probably really did do a pretty thorough job of bleaching a bunch of data and probably don't have very good access to the material themselves in order to prepare.  They themselves might have had to go hat-in-hand to the NSA Smiley

No she showed up and showed off because she is Hillary and found 2 or 3 people that were star stuck and willing to send her shit she was not cleared for from the satellite on top of the building direct to her e mail.

In other news Looks like Putin just survived a 'hit' why the media not covering this car crash?  copy this before it gets taken down: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIyN4QS6NQ8

A direct threat to a presidential candidate...

He is alive because of secret Vladimir Putin's protection ))

Hey, you know that's okay because the threat is made to a Republican.

That's the way it is today.

That's what we've came to.

Thanks to Obama.

I watched the commander in speech questions of trump (hrc voice is simply unbearable to me). Very good! Good questions from the audience, referee was good! Well done!

Now remarks:

1) disagreement with trump: the light vs secrecy. I strongly believe that America doesn't have to plan in secrecy. Why? Goes back to Roman time. What's the point of not telling your opponents what you are gonna do when you have overwhelming total asymmetrical forces? It's a general concept of operating in the light. Field of Mars, we are gonna splash some barbarians in Judea. Go. What will it change if they are informed or not. Because anyway they will. The idea is that trough total force domination the enemy plan become irrelevant. Battlefield mastery. Of course it's not on a tactical level.

2) disagreement: Obama choice in Syria. He folded before Putin bluff. Okay. But not folding would have meant first strikes total annihilation of Russia. Wiping out 140 millions people of the map. This is blunt but this is the gamble that Putin took. Because by opposing Russia support for Assad it would have been necessary to first strike all of Russia. Russians like the little perverts they are knew that Obama wouldn't have done it... With GWB Putin would have not even think of opposing this regime change.

3) project new Middle East. The problem is that there oligarchs are feasting like mad. They have harems, rapes underage girls in their palaces. While the population expand and expand and expand to unbelievable totally unsustainable level. Corruption and cronyism block all real economic progress who may be able to match the population growth (water desalination, clean energy, etc). As such it's a time bomb and fertile ground for radical Islamists. When you see the palace of erdogan at 300'000'000 dollars you get the picture. So what to do?

4) best way to fight ptsd and war trauma is sleep, rest and fun activities (sports included). Don't forget that cannabis extract (edible, drinks able) can provide excellent sleep full night, without all the undesirable effect of modern pills... Between 300 to 700 days minimum (think how small a baby is at 2 years of growth). Then to return to civilian life, education, but not before being restored, refreshed and replenish. And mainly ORGANIC full of nutrient food. Mind and body. GL!

The real problem with the Clinton gang is not Hillary herself but her supporters... Look for example employees of Goldman Sachs are forbidden (lol) to make donation to trump campaign... So what will those guys do since their puppet Clinton can't win... Cheat! What else?

Edited: following new policy.

LoL I didn't realize that his support is so massive...

WoW

Frankly dear Hillary criminal gang members... It's over!

I get why they never ever show the people... It's overwhelming!

It's so sad, those would have made great videos...

The great cap!

It's not over yet.

There are plotters and schemers and vested interests.  Although frankly, given the poor performance of Hillary, I am sure a lot of loyal Democrats are moving to voting Trump for Prez, and Demo for everything else.  If she has not destroyed their loyalty to the party.

Got any pics of crowds at the Hillary "events?"  Not sure you could call them "rallies."

BADecker, I am not trying to pick on you actually trying to help you with your arguments.  In fact I agree that the judges let the attorney's get away with things they should not be doing when they allow them to argue facts of the case when instead the jusdge should remain neutral.  So the local rules are important as shown in the other case you mentioned.  And it seems that was why that case had the outcome it did.  Thanks now I have a new case to verify next time I go to the law library.

Some of the actual wording from Trinsey v Pagliaro, from http://www.youarelaw.org/stop-attorneys-from-heresay-with-trinsey-v-pagliaro/:
"Statements of counsel in brief or in argument are not sufficient for motion to dismiss or for summary judgment," Trinsey v. Pagliaro, D. C. Pa. 1964, 229 F. Supp. 647. "Factual statements or documents appearing only in briefs shall not be deemed to be a part of the record in the case, unless specifically permitted by the Court" – Oklahoma Court Rules and Procedure, Federal local rule 7.1(h). Trinsey v Pagliaro, D.C.Pa. 1964, 229 F.Supp. 647. "Statements of counsel in brief or in argument are not facts before the court and are therefore insufficient for a motion to dismiss or for summary judgment."

Cool
BADECker, are you an attorney?

BADecker,

      My points was/ are clear:
1) that quote is not in Penhallow.

2) False legal quotes can be harmful so I spoke up.

3) I believe you incorrectly concluded what Penhallow is about due to the false quote and the significance you placed on it.

4) I do not require any discussion, I only offered to pay for proof and my offer still stands and I am sure I could take up a collection to increase the bounty if that helps.

5)  Are you an attorney?

6)  Thank you for posting your information.  I am excited to be checking out some of the other info!

You have serious arguments on your side... And badecker was unable to counter them. Thank you for your time and effort, it wasn't wasted on me. It's sad that badecker was not able to answer you in a constructive way. I am sure he can do better with a little more effort than copy-paste, isn't it badecker?

Now back to the topic. Trump needs a bigger aircraft Cool. Time for 747 for the end of the campaign... You know just for the fun of it. And it will get him accustomed to his future one Cheesy.

Then on the policy side, only 9000 words vs (120000 full of lies and deceit) but still it would be great to add a few points than those curently available, in short more content but still concise and short. More general ideas on what is a great America.

And finally those guys at the United Nations have gone China or what?!?

In a highly intemperate open letter, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights chief Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein (pictured) has attacked Geert Wilders, Nigel Farage, Donald Trump and a number of leaders of populist movements around the world as “demagogues and political fantasists.”

This is totally unbelievable! Who do they think they are? Really time to put a big stop to this madness. Since when have been they become the cccp of China or suprem council of Iran to decide who is what? Frankly I am deeply shocked but not surprised. Technocracy has gone over their heads...

BADecker,

It alternated from P v D  and D v P over the years.  So it depends on when you are talking about to decide which way the parties are listed.
Well, thank you for your answer. In the over-the-years usage, does it alternate in one writing like yours did? I understand that you might simply have done a, sort-of, typo.

And I really do not think you have any right to go grammar nazi on me after I just busted you posting a fake quote in it';s entirety.
You didn't bust me. Actually you busted yourself. As for rights, you have a right to your own opinion... even your opinion about my rights.

I mean really it is Penhallow v. Doanne and also Doanne' admin v Penhallow at various times through it's incarnations through the courts.  However that quote about parity never existed in over 22 years of litigation that I can find.
Be as vague or general or not to the point or political-like in your speaking as you like. It's your right. But don't think that anyone will actually be holding a conversation with you if you do.

Your other quotes check out and I did not pick on you for minutia only the substance part. I know it is hard to say thank you when you know everything and attorneys are used to picking on people who disagree with them but the correct thing to say when you are corrected by someone is "thank you".

Again, you are being vague enough that I can't really hold a conversation with you, just like you were in your original response that started this talk going. To say it bluntly, what are you talking about? Spit it out, right to the point, in a simple sentence. And say the points themselves rather than some adjectives that could be talking about anything.

The 'US-Mexico border is literally riddled with tunnels'

Trump has promoted the wall as a part of a solution to cross-border crime and to illegal immigration.

But just a few days before Trump's awkward meeting with the Mexican president and his speech, an example of one of the plan's key flaws emerged: a tunnel.

A bi-national inspection of an underground drainage system in Nogales, Arizona, came across a partially constructed tunnel extending from a cemetery in Sonora, Mexico, into US territory.

Inside the tunnel, agents discovered digging tools, power cords, and a gas-powered generator. Hundreds of such passages have been found since the 1990s, many of them around Nogales.

CONQUISTADOR TRUMP

In accepting the invitation of President Enrique Pena Nieto to fly to Mexico City, the Donald was taking a major risk.

Yet it was a bold and decisive move, and it paid off in what was the best day of Donald Trump's campaign.

Standing beside Nieto, graciously complimenting him and speaking warmly of Mexico and its people, Trump looked like a president. And the Mexican president treated him like one, even as Trump restated the basic elements of his immigration policy, including the border wall.

The gnashing of teeth up at the New York Times testifies to Trump's triumph:

"Mr. Trump has spent his entire campaign painting Mexico as a nation of rapists, drug smugglers, and trade hustlers. … But instead of chastising Mr. Trump, Mr. Pena Nieto treated him like a visiting head of state … with side-by-side lecterns and words of deferential mush."
