После попытки отвязть 2фа мой аккаунт заблокировало и попросило связаться с сапортом. Я написал 8 дней назад тикет в сапорт меня досихпор игнорят, писал и на русском и на англиском. У меня на аккаунте 4 значная сумма в фиате и крипта. Ответа от службы поддержки нет, полный игнор.
Мне одному так "быстро" отвечают? В голову начинают закрадываться нехорошие мысли.

Exchange no longer works with americans. Try to go to the site under the Russian ip. Download Tor browser, find the file torrc, write at the end of the file:

Так на почту ничего и не пришло ( инструкция как сменить устаревший пароль )
Создал тикет 4 дня назад, id беседы 544, описал проблему, сапорт через пару дней ответил, уточните ссылку по которой запрашивалась смена пароля, ну ответил естественно по https://btc-e.nz пытался входить под своими старыми учетными данными. В ответ пока тишина ......
После запуска новой площадки система тикетов будет работать?
Если нет то как решать то, что не приходит почта с инструкцией на смену устаревшего пароля??
У кого нибудь еще на почту эта инструкция не пришла ??
