I thought of bumping this thread because I was thinking after the last update of http://loyce.club/trust/ that now I think I meet the requirements, and I see that, indeed, according to what was exposed in the OP if I would meet them to enter the lottery of DT1, and as I see in http://loyce.club/trust/ranking/ I am there.

Not really too bothered, more curious, I guess it was only logical that it would eventually enter the lottery. With more time on the forum, if you do things right, more people will include you. Kind of more responsibility I think because if you become DT1 and you have someone on your trust list and only you have them, their feedbacks become visible only thanks to you.

After this month's DT1 update, the number of eligible users (based on my incomplete criteria) remained the same at 186. Based on theymos' full criteria, 128 users were eligible.

DT1 was updated last week, see http://loyce.club/trust/ranking/ for my updated Rank up pipeline.

Based on the (incomplete) criteria I use, 186 users would be eligible for DT1. Based on the complete criteria, theymos counted 140 eligible users.

I'm not liking my chances of remaining in this month. I subscribe to the Theory of Being Due, aka the Gambler's Fallacy. Every month since I've been DT1 I've survived the theymos snap. Not feeling good about this month.

DT is not a prestigious position on this forum any longer. It's a bingo game where almost anyone can make it. Only thing that screws ya is a load of ~ against ya.

Multiple profiles change each month due to new users making DT and their inclusions. 1 month a guy is neg, next month magically not neg depending on who's in, whos out, whos on DT1 or 2.

Just doesn't feel like a prestigious position these days. Everyone has a different opinion of how things should work. Multiple people have different ideas. Multiple people have different interpretations of the rules.

Theymos made this system a year ago and didn't change it, so he must be thinking that this is working perfectly and just fine. But since then, the number of the users that are being qualified is increasing, and I think it's the time now to update this system or simply make the qualification higher, so it will be normal again like the first time this system has been implemented.

For me, the system works fine until now, the only thing is just like what you said, it's more like a bingo game, 100/160(estimated) users will be picked, and a load of new DT can replace those old DT. In conclusion, I really think that the system needs an update.

Usually theymos' final list has less users than mine: not all of them fit the other criteria, like being online or making a post not too long ago.

This list means you could qualify for DT1 once theymos runs the next update. That would mean you'll get to include or exclude other DT1-members, but considering you have more DT1-exclusions than inclusions, you'll still be excluded. That doesn't take away your DT1 voting power, but the feedback you left still won't show up by default.

Theymos usually updates DT1 in the first few days of the new month.
