you are right that currently bitcoin is not popular than dollar but i hope that bitcoin bitcoin will be much more popular than USD in the future and bitcoin value really too much high and no one can cross its price.

Yes, it is not popular right now. And even if it's not popular, it's worth more than the dollar. If it becomes popular, it will be much more than its present value.
May be 1 BTC = $ 10000.

Yeah and anything is possible with bitcoins in long run and bitcoin has an potential to touch that price or even higher in coming years, so for the best investment at a moment would be to put my money in bitcoins and hold it for a long term and sell when it reaches to the expected price.

USD is printing like crazy and the number of bitcoin is limited by 21 millions. So in fact not every person on the Erth can have a bitcoin with a simple calculation. The price for bitcoin is high and now it's free from governments control, it makes bitcoin better than USD, but not more popular. Now the situation is like that. And what is going to be in future - who knows?!

No they're not. They can't just print print print and print because that would make the excessive amount of paper money that they've printed go to waste and maybe even deflate the value of their currency. A huge part of the fiat currency are in the banks and most people in the US only use cards, anyway. No need for them to print more and more. It would all depend on the amount resource that they can buy in their country.

No need to debate any further. Dollar and bitcoins have their own ups and downs just like everything else that we compare. There's not that much things in this world that is superior amongst anything else in every way.

although currently bitcoin has a very high price. even higher than the dollar. but it does not make bitcoin can beat the dollar, it bitcoin is still dependent on the dollar. because you can not shop directly using a bitcoin ?

The Dollar wins every time against the Bitcoin without a single doubt about it, the dollar has so much power and is also so much bigger than the bitcoin.
Maybe in the future the bitcoin could ever win it but we are now very far from it.

I agree without the dollar a lot of things will collapse and the bitcoin will also lose worth for sure, the dollar is just very powerful and as a example a lot of banks are depending on it.

I have to agree that it might be not popular but it is definitely better than USD . We can even say that with its limited supply, Bitcoin is free from inflation unlike fiats . Government is very careful in printing money to maintain low inflation .

I believe that even if its not bitcoin, Fiat surely be replaced . As the world continues to change some things will have to adapt like money Cheesy

No. US Dollar is still more popular for now compared to bitcoins because some of us don't know about bitcoins but bitcoins ar becoming popular now but it will take more time for bitcoins to be known

USD should go up today, the Yuan is stabilizing for the moment and gold should pull back. I would think that BTC may have a bit more to fall after its charge up to over 1000 USD. Trump will be speaking today, Fed speak continues, charts are leaning toward USD rally at least into the inauguration next Friday, the only thing that may hamper that are US Retail sales on Friday the 13th.

Totally agree with you, that much more profitable than bitcoin USD. because the exchange rate has a Bitcoin is always changing and the most necessary changes that will end in a great advantage. Well you have a good point there and i don't think anyone of us here, after directly feeling the benefits that bitcoin has, could deny the possibility of bitcoin overtaking the dollar in the future. Though i think that still may take a lot of time and a lot of changes, it's still highly possible but not in the next few years

Bitcoin is starting to become popular and its value surpasses that of one dollar. But to say that bitcoin will overtake the dollar is not yet a good hypothesis. Banks will soon release its digital currency that will be a hindrance to bitcoin. China is already preparing its release of its prototype this September. As of this time the price of bitcoin is starting to go down it is possibly the effect of CHinese dumping bitcoins in support to their fiat digital currency.
