OP, for the sake of the people, who had no experience of using Bitcoin ATM's or Vending machines, please explain in detail what you had to do, to get the BTC and how long it took. There are different types of ATM's, so the experience is different for each of them. ^smile^

The people in the 1st world countries are fortunate to have this, and we sometimes take that for granted. Some countries, only have 1 x ATM in a major city and then these machines sometimes have restrictions. "Buying only" for instance. ^hmmmm^

Very pretty experience, I am envying you a bit. Closest bitcoin ATM machine is 240 kilometers from my city. I didn't saw ATM in live, I don't think there will be any in my city, maybe one day in far future.
Is there any minimum or maximum on this bitcoin ATM's? I never saw answer on that question, how much is minimum we can buy just to try bitcoin ATM, how much is maximum amount to buy? Anyone knows the answer on this question?

1) How much did they charge (premium) over "spot price"?  Around here, the BTC ATMs charge a very high 14% premium.  (In Vancouver (on a recent vacation) it was closer to 7%.)

2) Did you have to supply ID?  (Once in NYC I did not have to supply ID, I would guess that has changed.)

For the first time i am seeing bitcoin ATM.  You are very fortunate that you have bitcoin atm in your country. But does it provide full secure transaction or data passes through third party. Because i am very conscious about my money and I first want to know how secure my transaction is. Well at least you had experienced bitcoin atm.

Saw on the Bitcoin atm maps there was a new ATM at a gas station nearby.
http://bitcoinbarrel.com/bitcoin-atm-map/

So I went to check it out:

The clerk said they've only had it a week and I was the first person to use it.
I had to enter my phone number and get a confirmation code, and after that just insert cash.

It even printed out a receipt:

I've only used an ATM a few times with this being the first big ATM. Before that they were the smaller Skyhook machines which were still pretty cool.

Anyone else seen Bitcoin ATM in random places?
