that is the thing that many illegal workers used bitcoin because of being anonymous and easy to used. This issue should look by the government but if they do that there were a huge changes with our transactions because we are not anonymous and people dont like it they prefer being an anonymous one.

The dark web have been the major user of cryptocurrency because since they constantly fight to hide they identity from the general public and the law the only means they can carry out they illegal financial transactions is by using bitcoin and the rest of the other cryptocurrencies and this has really given the blockchain and the cryptocurrency a very bad name and in most time make government to term crypto as illegal.

Sounds like a plan. I like this idea. 
Another reason why some people are afraid on investing on it and make them think that cryptocurrencies are illegal because of these issues, they are using it in some crimes which destroys the image of cryptocurrencies. Terrorists might using it too because transactions in the dark web are hard to detect nor to trace.

The sad part is yes, cryptocurrency can always use in dark web and the payment would be anonymous right? Since it is decentralized, no one will be able to detect where that wallet was created and who is the owner of that wallet. I never went to dark web but as for watching videos on youtube about it, they are really using it as main currency and if you know the history of bitcoin, being used their is part of it. But gladly, its now on the main web and being used for commercial purposes though usage there can't be stopped.

Sorry, I have only joined the crypto world a few months ago and did not know it was created initially to be the currency for the Dark Web. It is possible, as it was possible to use any other FIAT. If you use Monero, for example, it is much harder to track you down. Cryptocurrencies are just a tool, how you use it is on you.

Well bitcoin could be used for good and bad things, and unfortunately all the dark web transaction are using crypto, the most favourite coin to use is bitcoin, bitcoin is the perfect coin to used for anonymous transactions in dark web, if you want to do transaction in dark web you need to have a knowledge to avoid being hacked, so its kind of dangerous to do transaction in darkweb, but its not dangerous to used bitcoin for transaction
I guess this is the major downside of crypto –it’s potential use for malicious purposes. Shouldn’t this be reason enough to allow the government to have some form of regulation? We have to have laws and policies protecting users, right?
even fiat money can also be used for any illegal activities , so its not actually the fault of cryptos but it is the fault of people on why they would use an inoscent currency to do their bad doings which can oftenly lead to bad reputation of the said currency itself . its no use even if we say that cryptos are regulated because criminal can still do whatever they wanted to do with their money .
cryptos are firstly discovered before on the darkweb and deepweb and they are used as a medium to buy illegal service and stuff's from that creepy website . now crypto is generally use all over the web without having a fear to get caught because it is actually legal .
