I stand with Ukraine!
If you search before creating your topic, you will find some topics about Searching.

Forum search: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search

Posting a post without reading previous posts in a discussion and searching is bad. Creating a topic without searching whether forum has topics about that issue, is also bad. It is more terrible if your topic has lower quality than previous topics but unfortunately it is what you did.

Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
You're not even right to be posting this too - especially since it's been said over and over again... Recently, a post was made to point out the fact that newbies don't even have Patience as a virtue anymore.. they'll teach even when they haven't known Thier left from right... Note; I'm not discouraging or marking this post as "bad" but apparently, there are alot you need to learn yourself...
P/s: I'm not even sure you made good use of the forum search engines like you suggested... Cus, like I said above, alot of post in regards to address this issue was made already..even more spicier than yours so stop the fucking ruckus and LEARN!!!

This sections are meant for questioning from newbies so much laws won't be counted and this doesn't mean you won't keep reading because they had the privilege to be creating post and asking questions, naturally there are lot of things to learn if only you've brought out your mind to study the necessary material over time and, there are some question you might asked that doesn't need you to create a post over here what you should do is to quickly and smartly asked google such question and you would have the answer displayed without any hesitation.

I have come to realize that some things will never change in the forum. Newbies will always prefer to ask their questions without bothering to use the forum search engine, there are two reasons I think this cannot change. The first is that genuine newbies have no idea about how the forum works and are eager to be a part of the community. The second is that some accounts use this as a way to increase their activity and hopefully get merits.

Your topic title already answered your questions all you need to do is to use the search button to search out what you are looking for and if it has been discussed before you will fine them listed, and this search is not only limited to bitcointalk alone if you don't get the answer you looking here in the forum you will be left with two options;
1: you either create a thread with your question
2: you can also use the external Google search to read what other internet users have said about that question.

Reading through your post, and the questions you outlined, I discovered most of them are already discussed before and all you need to do is to make a forum search.

The problem with newbies is that they don't have the patience to learn gradually and read about how this are done in the forum easily. I could remember that when I was reading a pinned thread on this board at the first one month of my registration here,I saw this advice that one should always use the search engine before creating a new topic to make sure that the topic hasn't be discussed.

These days,I see that newbies don't care about the search engine anymore instead they keep on asking the same question in different ways. The search engine is very important to use because it makes it easy for you to find answers to your question from the already created topic.

Asking about what bitcoin halving is what one can easily get an answer to either on google or from the forum search engine, but your second question is what i have an answer to, bitcoin will always increases in value after every successful halving every four years, there will be an increase in bitcoin value otherwise known as bullrun while the Bitcoin mining reward is reduced by 50% it corresponding value increases and forms a new all time high, this has been in place ever since the beginning and occurs every four years interval.
Since we are here in the Beginners section of the forum I would not like to leave this statement as it is, otherwise, newcomers could read this and accept it as a God-given law.

Until now it was actually like this that each Halving has also initiated the bullrun that took place about 6 to 12 months later. However, one cannot and must not conclude from the past to the future, i.e. it may well be that this is already no longer the case in for the Halving-event in 2024 ... or in one of the later following Halvings - and yes, I know that there is some evidence here in terms of market economics why Halvings trigger the bullrun, but I would still never rely on this.

Until now, it was also considered an iron rule that a low of a subsequent cycle never falls below the all-time high of the last cycle. This rule was also broken in this cycle when BTC was below 16k in November last year.

So: Just because one event followed another several times in the past (Halving -> Bullrun) doesn't mean that it will happen again in the future ... and this should certainly not be a reason for an investment decision.

Question intended: "what is bitcoin halving? what is the historical impact on bitcoin since inception and what could be the predicted impact of the next halving?"

Am pretty sure it's because you've not made use of the search button effectively which is what led to the creation of this thread that you made, there couldn't have been a need of asking repeatedly over the subject matter halving which had been discussed on several occasions on the forum.

New accounts usually post new topics for one of two reasons:
- Alternative accounts for members participating in signature campaigns seeking to raise a topic for discussion that would enable them to write an additional post or two.
- New accounts seeking merit points to speed up their membership upgrade.
And it seems that this will not change soon, especially with the need to create these recurring topics.

Although I completely agree with Op's opinion that new threads brought up by new members discuss topics that were previously discussed and that using the "search" feature would spare him the effort of posting a new thread, this same topic has been discussed many times before and op could have used the same recommendation that he wants to recommend to others.  Cheesy

I think you are the only Newbie or new member here who gives a thought to use the search option, because we all wanted to get new and updated data or all we are seeking is some respect, attention or whatever, so we just ask questions, in a way that we could gain attention. But you mate, here broke all those rules and made something unique. hehe

We all are learner here even if you would check the last post i made is about Factoids about which i didn't knew before and never intend to search about it before because i don't give shit to knew about it, i thought the moderators of this platform has some set of those statements or factoid, that we read below some posts for example these ones
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/features-that-destabilised-people-in-bitcoin-5462772
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/as-an-undergraduate-is-it-advisable-to-invest-my-trustfund-in-bitcoin-5462777
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/using-the-search-button-before-asking-questions-5462762 --> this is yours.

Point being made here is, search button do resolve most of the problems or questions we are having but i think there is nothing that bad in asking again even though most of the members don't like it. Before some seniors starts to bash me please let me complete my thoughts first. which are, i think if newbies or new comers will not start to make some posts about topics already discussed here before how people like me would come to know that these things also exists like the one about Factoids.

TBH, i think when a question is asked repeatedly  we come to get a reminder (for those who already knew) or a new set of information (for those who did not knew about that question or term being used in the question).

Normally it takes time for newbies to come across the “how to use the search button properly” thread, I don’t know how you did it but it’s cool. And again you have, interacted in a merit giveaway thread within just a day of your account creation.

I am sure that if this is done and questions still exist it will be questions that have not been asked or part of which the replies so far have not really answered...this out question becomes very important and relevant encouraging learning by others too.
I'm sure you understand my point so far.

It would have been nice but there are some existing thread that you come across that might not have the answer that you are looking for and due to the fact that it’s already been long since they last posted you’ll have to create a new thread. So even if the search button/option exist you’ll surely see new threads coming up.

Recurring Questions pop up, new threads with pre-existing discussions and more iterations. Of course it can't be avoided as long as there are newcomers (beginners) who come to this forum. We have to admit it and your OP is a smart newbie having quickly grasped the function of the search button on forums. And in fact there are more beginners who don't immediately realize the function of the search button, so they innocently ask things that have been asked a lot before on this forum. And this is the task for members who have been here for a long time to help beginners in answering the questions they ask. Even though it's just a repeated question, the simple step we can take is to provide a link to the same thread that already has an answer in it.

During the short time that I have spent here in the forum, I come to understand that most post here are driven by signature campaign, thus people asking for questions which can easily be answered trough a google search. People don't even need to use the forum search as most answers are already more clear and precise if you use google. Also, there is AI nowadays. People can use that to ask further explanations about their inquiry.

There are only a few questions and discussions here that are actually genuine.
Newbies are always asking on the BH section and obviously you will see same questions all over again and same responses with different users and got a good answers. Typically common one. But thats what it is here on forum since we are living with the discussion and signature campaigns are definitely attached to it.

Ive been here a long time and also observed things. Seen some members that arent for the signature and some also does literally do only for signature. Using search function is much easier but since newbies are prone to posting they could easily ask these questions anyway until they figured out the effectivity of that button. Its fine though since even when Im newbie I only used frequently that when I am already at higher rank.

Newbie account check.

After 50 minutes account created asking for merit check.

Rank: Newbie
Merits: 0
Profile link: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/streamz-3571247

Newbie guiding the newbies check.

With these three thing above I observed about @OP account, it's clear this account is a pure newbie and not someone alt account /sarcasm.

However there are many threads created discuss about to use search button before asking a question, @OP itself isn't do that and choose to create an another new thread.

Yeah I agree that most of the questions by newbies are questions that they could easily get answers to by simply searching the forum. Most at times people are too lazy to do that or just trying to fish out merit through it. Or even they don’t know how use the forum search button properly since it seems a bit confusing using. Here is a thread on how use that though.

Another way of effectively using it is through direct goggle search and adding the Bitcointalk.org name next to your search just like

Hello everyone I'm new here though and didn't know I'd be posting this soon. We have so much rules here I'm still going through then I had a question that crossed my mind although I'm pretty sure my answers already exist I'd ask again not needing reply but if you want to reply I'm grateful anyways
Question intended: "what is bitcoin halving? what is the historical impact on bitcoin since inception and what could be the predicted impact of the next halving?"
But I decided to make use of the search button because this forum has been in existence since 2009 (correct me if I'm wrong I scrolled through the post where I saw it I didn't bother to click for more I just saw it say it has been since 2009 and it's one of the first online...). On searching for the words "Bitcoin halving" and "halving" I got a 5 page response to my search and average of response to each  was over 90 replies with varying responses and links to back up their response to Bitcoin halving and so what crossed my mind was to go through a few and I'm sure I'd get answers.
But again it dawned on me that there could be a repetition of question (similar questions) although the construction mat be different time to time and this could even make things more complex for readers so it's better we search for what we intend to ask before going about asking and most times our answers are already available when we search
I do not have much features to support my description but I'm sure you can navigate
Where's the search button? You may ask...
*The top right hand corner of your homepage is the search button click on it and type what you want to know about or would have asked questions about
*You'll be directly moved to the google search button option or forum search button option
*It's nicer to use the forum search button option since google is little bit 'fuzzy' (in their words)
*You again type into the search button your intended question or what you're looking for to learn about
*You have options below the search to order or decide how you want your search to come in you can choose any preferable one ...you can still go ahead to search without choosing you'll get many related response that have been made as regards your search
*You can click on any of the replies and read more about them to know understand what you want to learn or get answers to your intended question

I am sure that if this is done and questions still exist it will be questions that have not been asked or part of which the replies so far have not really answered...this out question becomes very important and relevant encouraging learning by others too.
I'm sure you understand my point so far.

Thanks to @Zaguru12 he dropped this:

The above link simplifies my post

Just discovered that even there's already replies to search so I could have as well searched search... funny right!. Thanks man!
So much to know in here. Thank you all for your positive replies so far.(I guess as a newbie I should be silent and wait for "years" or "months" before posting because all I see is people digging up into timing of my registration it's laughable because your thoughts are a reflection of your behavior even to others...yeah I have lots of tips off about the forum before registering and most of my logins I've gone as far as viewing many post and I thought it needful to add this but alright I'd be quiet so as not to be ridiculed ) but it's unfair how pot calls kettle black!
