Due to the market fluctuation with the increased price of the Bitcoin the altcoin prices are decreasing in the market. So now it is completely common and we need to wait for patiently until the market starts recovering because Utrust is a very good potential coin which will increase its price with the market recovery.

There is no hint on when this license will be released, they are hoping that it will be on May. They said that they have no control on when but I believe they have submitted all the needed requirement for the approval of the license. So they are just waiting for it and they are very positive that they will get it. In case it will be further delayed, they have alternative plan to launch with a third party license. It is good to know that they have back up plan in case unexpected thing happen.

It does mean that they can launch with or without besides they are pursuing to have that license before they launch because in the furst place if they are capable of launching without that to think on it they launch it already. You're on point that its more good to have a license first. It is one of the most important thing that should be done especially if any merchant wants to use the services license is a must in order to have no problem in the future deals.

I still do not have accurate information about this delay if it happens it will cause the project to lose a lot of communities in the future. I hope that they will keep their promise and do it quickly because I appreciate their platform. If it is recognized in more countries, Utrust can become one of the best payment projects and I hope it can happen in the future and I will continue to keep UTK for a long time

If we check their Trello.com roadmap - https://trello.com/b/LBdFxyig/utrust-public-product-roadmap , we can see important milestones already done so I guess they need to let the community test it especially its Alpha version for the wallet and other available prototypes or MVP.
