Is it possible to separate POS blocks from the blockchain? I guess a lot of people were mining this one back then, but with only few guys staking it till the last block this coin doesn't have a lot of future...

The original thread says there will only be 2,500,000 version coins. Over 107 million coins is immensly more than 2.5 million.
Specs from the old thread are wrong. The staking algorithm seemed to be broken on the original code and it was returning about 100% every week or 10 days.
