I would advise anybody who has a substantial amount of money worth of cryptocurrency stuck on this website to record and save blockchain information, emails and any other evidence that proves you have possibly been defrauded by these people.
There is a way to get it back or at the very least levy judgment upon them.
If anybody is interested in the possibility of pursuing further action to recover possible lost funds than feel free to send me a private message.

I have tried several times with no success to withdraw funds and seek adequate support.
Are ALL wallets currently down? How come people can make deposits but not make withdrawals?
Does your exchange think that it’s appropiate to withhold property that belongs to other people for weeks at a time while basically ignoring them the entire time?
The conduct of your exchange has been extremely unprofessional and borderline criminal. It is in your best interest to stop ignoring this situation and address these underlying issues.

now, i even got banned on discord for asking for more information about the maintenance!
