The exchange does not work

Hi community.

I am chromosoma and I am a traders of cryptocurrencies since 2015. I got my attention kept by this new and promising exchange.

They have a good community on discord where i stepped in and take some time to have a talk with CEO of the exchange.
He has been really available to my questions and replied vastly to my doubts: here i report a summary of the exchange, based on public informations and on the talk I had with CEO of VaultMex.com.

Overview

VaultMex.com is a great cryptocurrency exchange targeting cryptocurrencies traders worldwide.
It was set up in August 2018 but it gained lot of trust from the crypto traders and become a stable and recognised cryptocurrency exchange paltform. It offers trading cryptocurrencies for cryptocurrencies and it plans to add FIAT pairs before 2nd Quarter of 2019.
The available tokens are the main coins such: BTC, LTC, DOGE, DASH, ETH, ZEC, ZCL & many more. Vaultmex.com regularly adds new launched cryptocurrencies in their early stage so it's a great place to catch some of the newest coins first! The exchange actually list more than 60 cryptocurrencies.


VaultMex features & pros:

* No trading fees: well this is amazing. You can trade 0.1, 1 or 1000 BTC and you will not spend a single satoshi for trading it. Literally a great deal for every kind of trader out there.

* NO KYC: on VaultMex there are no kind of identity verifications. VMX puts lots of efforts on users anonymity and thus no KYC seems obvious on this platform

* No funds limits: everyone is able to deposit, trade and withdraw all the amounts they want to. no limits, in any way, of funds movements from an to the exchange.

* No deposit fees: quite basic but always safe to check that deposit isnàt charged with fees.

* Low withdrawal fees: counting that you get 0% trading fees on VaultMex.com withdrawals fees are totally fair.

* Great live support on discord channel. Good amount of moderators there which are very helpful if assistance is needed. They also cover many languages spoken to assist users in local languages too and they are online 24/7.

* Good Trading Platform. VaultMex’s trading platform looks really nice and offers what the more advanced traders would need. The platform includes charts, indicators and other analysis tools (upcoming next), an order book, trading history and markets list.

* Good trading volume: althought many new launched coins get low daily volume, the stable coins such BTC, LTC, DOGE and many others reach a great volume by day.

* Great server security: VMX puts lots of efforts and funds on secuirty audits & protocols. All the network infrastructure is segregated and audited by third parties with regularity.

* New Coin listing. VMX accepts new coins request to get listed on their market. To know more or make your own request please head to VMX discord and ask in the dedicated channel.


Conclusions

https://vaultmex.com is a relatively new and still small cryptocurrency exchange which is gaining more and more terrain everyday. It does not stand out with a lot among its peers, but has some advantages that we quite like. Anonymity on top, the fees are also quite favorable. The trading platform is pretty good as well and has additional features. The number of tokens on the exchange is quite impressive, but this is mostly thanks to the option to have your coin listed.

Your exchange looks interesting. It does have few UI bugs, but nothing major. One complaint I do have is that the exchange doesn't seem friendly to users who don't trade a large amounts, as the withdrawal fees are really high. When you try to withdraw 50k satoshis worth of coins, it's hard to withdraw without being affected by fees. On other exchanges, I try to avoid those big fees by withdrawing using DOGE, but even that coin has 50 DOGE withdrawal fee. I don't remember any exchange with that high DOGE fee.  

This is the beginning of the journey. The exchange is young. Let's give time. I had a problem. Waited for a long time. But they helped me. I am grateful and I will be happy to trade further.
Everyone is mistaken. Everyone has problems. It is important how people correct mistakes. The guys are trying. I think that everything will be fine, the work of the exchange will improve.
