Similar to what others have stated, why the need to go into passport details? I know that KYC wouldn’t be mandatory, but it obviously throws people off to know that they might need this document should there be any ‘irregularities’ in their account that you may find. Usually, this is what deters people to pursue unlocking their account because they need to handle sensitive personal info that could be used maliciously.

Back to the casino, I spent some time registering an account so that I could get a feel for the place. I was able to encounter the personal information part for the brief time I spent there. I saw a default country of Albania and when I tried clicking on it to alter it and proceed with my settings, I couldn't. I'm not sure whether I'm the only one who experienced this. Could someone please confirm if it's just me?

I have never seen a P2P system on any casino platform so far. This is completely personal and speculative on my part. The reason I am suggesting here is that no casino platform has introduced P2P system so far, if P2P system is introduced then I think the casino platform can gain a lot of popularity. The reason is that people will participate in bets and if they win, they can convert to local currency using the P2P system. That's why I brought it up here.

just want to inform you guys that when picking the country where you are from when registering, there are some countries that can still be seen/picked despite it being restricted according to your Terms and Conditions. I saw Ethiopia, Kuwait, Jordan and Pakistan as part of the restricted countries on your ToS and I can still see them on the countries that can be picked when registering an account.

It is not Passport but there are also other documents that can be submitted to verify the account

but looking at the rules? though it isn't mentioned about mandatory ask for KYC it sounds like you need to provide to completely play without any hassle in the future.

I registered my account and check the Withdrawal page. I discovered that Withdrawal fee is free if the Method is FTN token that is cool for users.

For other Withdrawal methods: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRON, USDT-ERC20, USDT-TRC20. Withdrawal fees are all charged in FTN token but with different amounts depend on what blockchain is used for withdrawal.
