I think they still didn't notice the error since the restrcted country is still in the choices. Also I try to create account using a restricted country just to test if I can successfully registered with this country. It surprised me that I actually create an account using Jordan as the country in contrast to what I’m expecting that my registration will be declined.

I check my profile page to see if there is an edit button for the country but it can’t be changed. There's also no live support to fix the issue quickly.

I think I knew same scenario like this at other casino where they allow registration using a restricted country and close the account afterwards when the user win a huge profit. I hope this will not happened on this casino. Nice catch on the terms issue.

Welcome to Bitcointalk. I have visited your casino site and see that as a great start. I liked the look of your site and it made me sign up.

And after verifying my email, I was immediately brought into my account. And when I see the list of coins for a deposit, I select Bitcoin as the deposit coin.

But when I click on Bitcoin, a pop-up shows, "Are you sure to continue without a deposit bonus?" And there are two options, namely Yes and Claim Bonus. But when I select Yes, nothing comes out. And this is also the same for other coins.

Do we really have to claim the Deposit Bonus?

I do agree. Our team thinks that the bitcointalk forum is the biggest and yet the most important place we can build the community, connect to likely-minded individuals, and share the vision with them to build up a strong foundation within the crypto individuals.

As for the bug bounty program, we're not yet technically ready to announce one, but it's definitely within the upcoming to-do lists. We should be able to update the community on that soon.

another question did you affiliate with vbet.com? because I just visit vbet.com and compare it with vbetFTN.com both of them look exactly the same

In their FAQ, it is a term for verification to withdraw money.

In their General Terms and Conditions, at point 1.1, they stated that users can withdraw money anonymously. Verification is not required except for sportsbook bonus (welcome offer).

I think that the team must consider about their writings in both FAQ and General Terms & Conditions pages, because contents in both pages must present a same message, same rule. It will be good for them and users too if there is no overlap but with some differences between two pages.

I think vbetFTN team isn't new to this business and looks like what Hhampuz is handling in regards to signature campaign here really make some difference. Nice choice! I wonder what's the edge of FTN token over other casinos that has their own tokens? The current layout of the website is taken from the main VBET skin, which automatically brought some of the UI components that were not supposed to be shown on the FTN platform. We've already requested the dev team to remove those and all should have been updated as of now.

Basically, we don't ask every single player who requests the withdrawal to do KYC. On the contrary, all the withdrawals are automatically processed and only the suspicious ones might go on hold for security purposes.

I tried to reproduce that bug, but since I didn't have my account on the platform yet, I had to create a new one. From my experience, I haven't had any issues with selecting my country of residence during registration. Perhaps you might have missed that option during your registration process?

Regardless, if vbetFTN doesn't allow users to change their country of residence in their profile after registration, as it seems to be the case here, then I suggest contacting customer support for assistance. They may be able to help you update your country information.
