Anyone using http://la.vertcoin.org? I have 0 confirmed/unconfirmed after a day of mining. I saw my hash rate/worker fine so I know I was doing it right.
Can you check that you are running the correct miner ?
I see my shares for this round but I have 0 unconfirmed/confirmed coins for the past 6 hours...unless we've been on the same block all this whole time?

Haha I got 0.2 BTC for an hour's mining on 42.. Sold right when it hit 1200 (it went higher, but I'm happy with where I sold it). I wish I had mined it for a couple of days when it first came out, but oh well. I'm pretty happy with what I got mining VTC early on. A few days after release I could get 1500 VTC/MH. Imagine getting that now!

can someone help setup cudaminer to mine in a pool.it mine with setting.cudaminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://217.169.17.93:3333 -O aleks.2:x.if change it to my pool it can not connect cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://vtc.kilovolt.co.uk:3333 -u Weblogin.Worker -p Worker password
You need to change weblogin.worker to your workers username and the password to that worker's password (or was those just examples?)

Promising coin, I may be slightly late to the party, but I'm in.
You're not really late right now. A normal scrypt coin of 80 million units released this late in the game would have hit a max of 0.00025, if even that much, lingered there for a while, then fizzled out and died. VTC has already hit 0.0003, so it's currently on it's way to take out the "higher end, no reason to exist coins" such as WDC & DGC, putting it around 0.0012. You're looking at around 400% profit between now and when that occurs. I don't think it will have a very hard time accomplishing this task. Once it proves it's position there, there will be a lot of upward pressure pushing it towards LTC levels, if not taking out Litecoin itself.
1000 VTC is not very expensive right now for the potential amount of money there is to make.

Hey guys. Mining on la.vertcoin.org - can anyone explain why on the pool stats my USD/day rate is about $1400 for only 60 VTC/day? Obviously that's incorrect, or am I misinterpreting it?
no 0.18 cents is the correct number at the moment

Guess they use some crazy exchange rate, its the same way on kilovolt
