I can´t mine. I use correct cgminer donwloaded from official link but It does not generate coins in a pool. No accepted shares. Rejected either. Any help?

Oh my god,
I send some VTC to coined up just to have someting there in case some pumpy dumpy appears, but I just used address saved in my wallet which was coined up deposit address for past 2 mines, so I did not even checked it, just sent money out of there to that address and it did not reached COINED UP! it seems its just gone somewhere forewer! Is it possible?
I dont know why, but now deposit address on coined up is different!?!?!?!?!?! what a hell?? Why did they change it? What will be with my coins if that address was mine and now I have different address there?

Don't worry it will show up, coinedup adds new deposit addresses usually after each deposit but the "old" ones still work

Does it seem only to me that because these 2 bigger hashers on bitcrush diff is going from 2 to 7?

It has always loaded slow. Be patient, it works eventually. They do bring the site down sometimes to add new coins and do maintenance. It's usually announced on their twitter feed.

Does everyone feel it's very hard to connect Coinedup? The sever of Coinedup should be in CA, but why it's so slow?

Vertcoin market on Coinedup is one of the best I've seen for any currency the past couple days. Buy wall gets much bigger than the sell side, and there's tons of people just sitting there, staring at the screen wondering if they should take the 0.2 - 1.0 BTC and run, or if it will be the worst mistake of their life.
During all of that, we had a sell wall of around 0.0002, nobody budging on prices, and out of NOWHERE comes some random fool that puts up a giant sell of something like 8000 VTC for half price at 0.0001, so I'm running all across the room trying to deposit money into Coinedup before they disappear in 20 seconds. Yes, people who are working on this project are actually buying lots. I doubt you saw that with something like Quark.
Not sure if that guy was trying to crash the price on purpose, or if some people just mine anything they can find, log onto Coinedup, and hit enter 15 times while looking at the TV until everything is sold.

I can't pass the --algo=scrypt:2048 paramter in my batch file, it just terminates without any error message. Think my syntax is wrong. Using cudaminer.exe -a --algo=scrypt:2048 -l K3x24 -i 1 -C 2. Any help would be great.
either leave the -a or --algo= not both. Both flags mean the same thing.

Please elaborate on the dev team?
We have vertcoin, the actual dev and his friends/associates. Then since release bufius has ported cgminer, othe has ported p2pool which is in testing, Aleks_N has taken responsibility for Windows builds, Tom has been doing some coinedup api stuff and built us an IRC bot, the CUDAminer dev Christian Buchner has incorporated the cudaminer port into the mainline tree, I have been doing web development and some wallet rebuilds with UPNP and new DNS seeds (my own dev/coding ability is modest, but I'm helping out where I can), we have bengt doing some other optimisations to the miners. We have new people making contact basically every day who have contributions to make. I've probably even forgotten someone here - if so, I am very sorry. It's been _very_ active.

Someone trying to crash the price to scare people into selling low lol, I bought a whole bunch cheap due to that
I don't really buy into that idea, it seems unlikely. Just some weak hands with quite a bit of VTC getting shaken out. That massive sell order was brought in like 5 minutes. I think that seller will regret it - they obviously haven't seen the kind of dev team that has formed behind this thing.

Yeah I was one of the people buying from that lol and now I can't transfer more BTC into coinedup cuz its super slow!!!
