i mined all night with windows wallet, at least I become 50 VTC in my wallet, but I think it was giveaway, since a block should have brought more. Thanks anyway, coins are experimental and we all contribute to its evolution 
Idea was great, at least the gpu miners on vtc argue that their pc is unusable while mining, this is GOOD Since we dont want GPU on this coin!
But is there any cpu miner I can use for the pool? Sux that there is only GPU miner outside.

I jumped into the pool, its not showing my hashrate meter at all. But my miners seem to be hashing?

If you read the topic, it says "anti-asic" in big letters. It says nothing about CPU only.

Launch looks good to me.
Coins will probably go for somewhere between 0.00015 to 0.00025+ at the start of exchanges.
0.00015 will probably be the Chinese dumper price that only a few sell for, somewhere around 0.0002 will be the normal area, while 0.00025 or higher will be the upper spread.

What about CPU mining in pool? No miner available, so it it possible to wallet mine in pool?

Take your vert coin.conf with the addnodes info and add,
Server=1
Listen=1
Rpcuser= invent username
Rpcpassword= invent password
Rpcport= whatever port you have lying unused
For the windows miner zip file, unzip and create a .bat file like you usually do.
Simple version,
Cgminer --scrypt -o http://localhost:RPCPORT -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD -I 13
Intensity whatever you normally use in cg miner. Come on people we do this every day!

It's not working for me because it seems I am lacking enough RAM in my mining rigs to run it. I'll either have to wait for an update or mine something else. Oh well.

I just compiled a windows version of CGminer https://www.dropbox.com/s/ksgtrltpah1eqes/Vertcoin-CGMinerAleksNR3.zip
Please use it to solo mine only for the moment until there are more pools to avoid danger of 51%.
You will need an AMD card with LOTS of RAM. Expect less than 50% normal scrypt hash rate.

Works on my R9 270s, but for some reason crashes (or never starts) on my R9 290s...
I've got similar cards. How are you running your cgminer.conf file and/or batch file?
