Have been looking for the most viable altcoin of the the week, as we are all aware of the deep that is currently happening in the entire cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin is my most preferred choice at the moment but am also looking for Alt that I can invest in for a long term basis that will offer me a passive profits in the long run.

If you want to invest in altcoins for the long-term you should consider some fundamental tokens that have real use-cases and good projects under them. First of all, consider tokens of different alternative chains such as Fantom, Polygon, Polkadot, BSC, Near etc. If you are tolerant to risks, pay attention to tokens from gaming sphere and metaverse as they are very trendy now.
What about AVAX EOS did you think they are good long term? I have some of them I have high hopes for it.
Well if you have done your primary findings of the couns and have already purchased some I will say you should take a close look at the coin performance.

If you see that the coin have an unstable market movement then you should try to make quick cash out as there may be possible pump and dump event in the coun market.

I think your choice is correct by choosing bitcoin to invest in, but if you are looking for altcoins to invest in now are Ethereum, cardano, and Bnb. I think some of the altcoins that I mentioned will be able to benefit you if you hold them for a long time. ethereum promises more profit if you are able to hold it for a longer time.
What is clear is that what you mention is the top coin of all and for a long term investment it is very worth it,
especially at this time Bitcoin is in an uptrend which is also followed by altcoins,
In addition to the three altcoins you mentioned, I think there is another one that is good for long-term investments, namely Matic, which is a coin that has the potential to continue to grow

There is numerous potential projects in crypto market but i choice Ethereum. Ether is already establish, it can be surely best passive profits source in the long run. Its true that, authority unable to handle fee issue even after applying so many technique but they made ether better and hopeful for their future attempt. And Idea behind burning ether with each & every transaction, will take ether higher in lonf period.
Ethereum is one of the best indeed and that is without a doubt,
and for long term investment Ethereum is the right choice because it is feasible and can provide profit,
This coin will not stop here and in the future it will continue to grow, let's just wait

indeed for long-term investment it is very suitable and profitable because it has strong fundamentals,
when it comes down we don't have to worry and stay patient to hold it

In fact, if the price drops it is an opportunity to buy more of the two coins, where later we can get more results from staking the two coins while waiting for the price of the coin to rise to its newest ATH. For long-term holders, of course, it will be very profitable.

-snip-
Now that the price of ETH and BNB is still low for people to buy and hold to prepare for a great future that will make them to remain in profit making in the community.

In the long term views, the current price is still relatively cheap when compared to the next few years where current developments or upgrades will have a big impact in the future prices and mass adoption from various parties and fields.

Just make sure to invest on top altcoins on https://coinmarketcap.com/ because it has bigger volume and you will expect something from there if you keep checking it a lot. It's really good for both day trading and just simply for hodler, or maybe just look at your preferred exchanges and look at the most volatile one for bigger potential of earnings if you are into the risky stuff.

The overall basis of the current altcoin market is bullish, with absolutely no bias towards hype.  The most viable for me would be compatible and fully interoperable scalable ecosystems like Matic and Avax.  Avax just completed its own wallet that also supports connecting to the bitcoin network.  It should be a plan that is tailored to the needs of the market.  Also don't forget ETH or ADA.  Despite many delays mixed with imperfect technical factors, both ETH and ADA are still a good choice at a price supported by growing demand.
To me this is a good and appropriate stage to choose and start building an embedded plan!

If you are looking for an altcoin investment that has the potential for passive income, I recommend BNB and ETH. In addition to being good for long-term investment purposes, if we staking the both coins, we can get pretty decent passive income, we can staking on exchange platforms and staking aggregator platforms with varied APY. I'm sure these two coins will grow big in the future.

Based on their current performance, binance and ethereum will grow bigger in the future for people to achieve something good. Those two coin has helped many long term investors to recover from their losses few days ago which is fully prepared to grow higher for other people to show more interest to invest on binance and ethereum to earn well in the future.  Now that the price of ETH and BNB is still low for people to buy and hold to prepare for a great future that will make them to remain in profit making in the community.

They are greedy or what? they want to buy a budget whole coin because they believe that once it pumps it will gave them a much higher profit better than when they invest in factional amount in btc and eth. Research can play a role but I think most they will be needing now is pure luck because the situation now is different than before.

Crypto market has a lot of coins already and the demand for a new coin to be included in the top coins are only small/low . There are some top cryptos that are still cheap and can be possible for someone to buy it in a whole. To me, it wasn't about the quantity but it's about the quality that we should focus on.

Because yours is the right to approach it. I rather have 1000 satoshi then some whole token that worths the same. Not because a low priced coin/token would be bad, it could be very well if managed properly and offers a great utility and I do support that. I like Cake for example and it worths very little satoshi to get a whole Cake. But at the end of the day who do we think that will survive for 10 more years? Do we really know if Cake will be around in 10 years? I am not so sure to be honest. But I know that bitcoin will be live and well and be super high compared to today in 10 years for sure.
The altcoin market is not sustainable for long time use but if it is properly managed by the team as you rightly said such coin can become more viable in the future and if we talking about stability then we should look in the direction of Bitcoin. Cake as you said is a good investment alternative for the short-term base because the future can be uncertain.

That 2 coins you mentioned is no question, a fundamental coin that is worth risking our money. But some small investors like to research those altcoins that are currently reached by their funds. They can buy a fraction of ETH and BNB but most of them want to buy a whole that's why they are looking for cheap coins and hope that someday, it will reach a high price.

It's a hard task but with the right research, they can pick a better one.

Literally 80% of my investments are investments in early stages projects, so Sheesha became a true godsent for me. Now I don't have to spend hours monitoring some projects to get their tokens for a low price. I just stake $SHEESHA Finance and get partner token rewards.
Don't be too confident with that because not all the time a project like that will be stable at all times. And even with you staking it, the rates could change if the demand for staking that token has increased.
But if you've made much money already on sheesha, it is what it is that everyone aims to upon investing in projects.

Investing in altcoins at the moment is very risky, the market is not stable yet and the chance of it going upward is not guaranteed yet. Bitcoin could still dip more. The recent spike was because India just moved a step further to legalizing Bitcoin as they have added a tax to it. This is a very positive new although it did not have much impact on the market as the bears are still active in the market.

Before investing in altcoins, make sure Bitcoin has had a stable form for something and has an indication of a upward movement. Altcoins always wait of Bitcoin to move before they move as well so if Bitcoin is not looking promising better to just hold stablecoin.

The reason I am so sure about THEXII's success is quite simple. Creators are tired of adjusting to the platform rules on which they sell their work. In the Straightfire’s dApp everything is in the hands of its community, so it's the only place where creators can be pleased with the work conditions
I can't get your point, what makes you think the coin is so decentralized and the team has no control of the coin performance and circulation.

I find it hard to believe but I will research more about the project to see how the coin is performing in the market.

If I look at the current movement of BNB, I believe that BNB has great potential in the long term. It will follow in the footsteps of Bitcoin. Moreover, BNB is a coin from the world's largest exchange platform, so it will get support from various parties to maintain the value of the coin.

How about ASTR, I know BNB has shown a significant price increase, from $26 usd to $365 usd for the current price, some developers keep coming and using BSC, but someday there will be many new projects doing mainnet, just like the old BNB are on the ethereum network.
ASTR I think is a good coin for long term investment (NFA)

Why don’t you just go straight and invest in Ethereum? Bitcoin is a very good cryptocurrency and a good choice to make for investment, and the only cryptocurrency that comes close to Bitcoin is Ethereum, and the devs are also releasing some new updates in the future that would also make ETH to be far much better than what it is today.

So, if you’re looking for a better altcoin to invest in, then it’s definitely going to be good to make this one of your choices. By the way, even if you don’t invest in any altcoins, I believe you are still good with your investment in Bitcoin, because it is still going to keep growing.

As long as Binance keeps being this big huge and amazing company, I believe that BNB will always fidn a way to be useful. The utility of it came from BNB being a cheaper way to pay for the trading fees and that was a good thing. Then came along bep20 and right now we are talking about something magnificent and that is how the price of it increased.

I believe that if we keep this up, then we are going to end up being a lot better as well. The thing is, we are actually doing a good job as well by putting pressure on it. I mean it had a great utility at DeFi period, but then had a slow entry towards NFT and people moved away, then they started to get back in so people started to get back in. We basically warned them with our money.
