Hello All,

We have a policy in our company to collect KYC documents before any withdrawals, small or big.

And yes, we are talking with someone from this forum to help us.

Regards

Vikingbet

Hi, it's been over a month what's keeping you from not getting a copper account and not making a good design to your announcement you are losing the competitiveness of your project, those casino administrators who are serious about promoting their casino here are wearing copper so they can post images and no restriction on their account, you should do the same, I hope the one that will help you is knowledgeable on how to promote casino in this forum.

Copper member is a small effort to register, but the op may not know how to arrange this. If you are serious and take a copper membership, you can make a nice introduction and attract a lot of players that way. We have read few experiences. Site looks nice, I haven't tried it myself yet. First impression is good.

That's a bad excuse for not knowing, he can ask for the link to get an upgrade to a copper account or he can do research I'm not saying that he should upgrade right away but asking why he would not upgrade so he can take out the restriction from being a newbie, and by having a copper account you can enjoy a lot of privileges like posting images or screenshots if you are going or wants to show us something related to your casino.

Having an attractive ANN thread is much more appealing rather than on having a plain text kind of introduction which it would really be adding up on the interest of people
whom ever do really able to read which would poke up their interest on dealing or playing with the site. They might have that view or impression that it might
be not that important but in overall marketing aspect then it would really be that effective.

I can`t understand. It seems that they are planning bounty campaign, but the same time it looks like that they want to get someone to help with the site only. So the best way is to ask.
About the thread - you are right, it is possible to lock the thread, but it is not good for the marketing. We have a lot of questions right now. And if we will see closed thread - we will add some questions.

Since the company already has an active gambling website, I think it's reasonable to assume they have their own developers. Getting help from someone on this forum has nothing to do with their website imho. The comment that they are in talks with someone here is most likely related to this ANN thread, or maybe they are planning a bounty campaign. I guess we will have to wait and see.

With their KYC policy, it will be very hard for them to gain interest from players in this forum even if they are running promotions and advertisement. Although most casino has their rules about KYC, but the policy in vikingbet will make players from all type of player (small to whale) to think twice before playing in this site. I think vikingbet should make a limit for this KYC, small players will not even check the casino if they read above information.
For bounty campaign in BTC(for example) their KYC policy doesn`t means anything. It can become a problem to the players but it is not a problem to begin a bounty campaign.

When I look at the last post, Look yes, but I don't know yet what kind of promotion. maybe signature campaign concurrently with games also.

he can lock this thread and create a new thread with a picture if he wants.

Many of us don't hate it but it is the Vikingbet.io terms when we are going to play on their website, even though I'm not a fan of KYC but I think there are some perks if you make your account verified. People tends to go away with the casino or bookies that asks KYC especially if they are newly opened one but for bookies that already built reputation and exist for many years. So I think you should build first reputation and people will naturally come and voluntarily verify their accounts.

The same goes for me. I'm not a huge fan of KYC, and I would never give away my documents for an KYC request just be able to play at the casino. I'd probably skip the casino and go to another website that makes it easy to play without having to submit documents that could potentially be compromised. I know, I'm too wary sometimes, but that's just my attitude and my view of the entire situation.
Everyone has a choice, there are those who do not like to be known, but on the other side, there are also want to KYC because want to be more legal or benefit (I was read another Casino have a special benefit for members who bypass KYC). They just have different perspectives on each other, we can't force it. but when I have the choice, of course, I will never give my document.

True indeed. I for one would never consider joining a gambling platform that requires KYC. I guess small gamblers must be given permission to play without KYC.

Same here, and I guess members here prefer casinos without strict KYC policy! I run away from that rule, I simply don't like to get through that process just to gamble... and there are many good casinos without this rule, so it's not like we don't have options! As long as we have options I will choose "without KYC" whenever I can!
Just support from me about this matter, maybe they will think about changing this rule if they see that most crypto gamblers avoid it!

Do you plan some bounty campaigns? Any promotion? Social media, youtube, reddit, signature may be? With only thread here you can`t attract much attention. And i don`t remember if someone told about rules: just 1 thread for one casino. It means that all your updates must be in this thread. Bounty, if you`ll decide to start it - in another thread.

Moreover, this new site should provide space for small users with restrictions that are not KYC, I think with policies from small to large withdrawals KYC is applied, this is very difficult for forum users, of course, this remains anonymous, some even hate KYC, including I don't want KYC for small gamblers because I think the withdrawal is small but having to submit this document is not worth it.

I don't know if they run promotions on the forums people will still think twice about this, and this policy should have some leeway for small users.

Otherwise, they will have a hard time to get a lot of sign up from bitcointalk regardless of whatever marketing tools they use. Is this something because of the regulatory body in the host? Most casinos operate with licenses but no KYC policy. I guess it's not a big deal to allow users without KYC. There was a site which started KYC-must &later turned out as optional; can't remember the name exactly.

why do you come suddenly say that sentence?. is your casino has changed rules because of the government?

I have not yet been able to interact well on the platform but I would like to know if a more exhaustive KYC should be done when making a withdrawal? I have my account with my KYC, I have no problem with that, but I know that withdrawals are even more delicate procedures, on some platforms they require KYC with more requirements, does it apply here too? Or only with the first KYC is everything unlocked? Also, if not, what is the cutoff for not doing more radical KYC? Thanks in advance.
It should be better they implemented the KYC for the new user after the announcement. for the older users without KYC, they should bypass it and have elected to withdraw the fund.

What kind of project announcement is this?
I suggest you learn about how some previous gambling projects make some announcements and also serves about their platform in this forum. You can check how interesting at least they are willing to attract the users. Although they are new, they know how to promote and ensure people to use their platfomr. If the annoucnement is only like this, I ma not sure it will be trusted enough. Moreover it only presess on the bonus that may be very interesting, but it seems not sure enough.

Op has just came back from his inactivity and he said that he is in communication with someone from this forum that might be able to help him to have better ANN thread and maybe also better thread management so it will not be like a public brochure where someone put it in public place and leave it away after. Give them some more time to prove, if they do aware that this forum is a good place for advertising, they will try the best possible things.

Understood, thanks for feedback.

Yes, we will of course try to fix all issues on our site.
I'm glad you're back active and clarifying the bitcointalk forum community.
I just wanted to ask if there is a more attractive offer than that list bonus offer? I hope I can fix the thread to be more interesting if it wants to be active.

I see this site already has a LIVE sportsbook and casino.
And will there be KYC when making a withdrawal?
You could really able to read up into their terms.
https://www.vikingbet.io/en/contacts/terms-and-conditions

6.1. Why do I need to verify my account?
When you sign up for a new account we check that you are over 18 and we verify that you are who you say you are, (a process called Know Your Customer ‘KYC’). It’s part and parcel of gambling responsibly, and something that the law requires us to do.

OP should clarify this out.
