Spam is a serious problem not on Social media only but all blogs and Vblog. It happens that projects outsource a task and pay for the number of publications. In this case, it could have been about publishing a text as seen in the opening post on as many forums as possible related to cryptocurrencies and gambling. At the end of work, the person who performed the task gives only the links in the report and the casino pays for each publication. This could be the case here.

And i don`t see any changes from the beginning. It can means that the work is doing with the backend, but the same time it can means that nothing is doing.
