As pointed out by DarkStar above your post, it is still questionable about the 0.36% house edge which high likely for the blackjack.
Other games has higher house edge based on which game you want to play.
Coinflip has the highest house edge 2.5% compared to other games.
Coming up to vip level, I havent heard that vipgame has this system (unless I missed it). I tried to find it out on the Help Center page but nothing, so I think there is no leveling system.
So there is no vip rewards. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I like how smooth the website when i play in my mobile phone, the graphics is also attracting. Is there also a level that has special offer for those vips? Trying some games now in your site and let me see how those games with low house edge can be test. I usually play with 1% house edge with the other casinos. They updates everything on their social media accounts regularly but lack of updates here. Seems that the main focus of the marketing team is not on this forum.
There must be at least a good reason why they are focusing on social media, probably they get more traffic through social media compared to this forum.
However, since they have created an ANN thread in this forum then they should be more active here.
The more places they promote the site, the more traffic they get but for sure it wont be effective if they have no good offers on the site.
Luckily they have regular race and regular giveaway which is a good thing to make players stays as long as possible.

I wonder why the race applies for a specific game only? I know you have done many similar races before, dont you think that it will be better if all games are included? I do think if the only one game for the race means that only players who like the games will participate. It means that you reduce the interest of the race yourself. Of course I do not know how you get so far with this type of race, but since you do it again and again, I assume that it is a great success.

You can see other bets but you cant see how much have been wagered by other players on the referred last dice competition lively. Players need to wait for an update on the twitter account for the latest leaderboard. In case of wagering contest, it is not more exciting as you do not even know your position and other's position when there is no live leaderboard. Hope it will be added soon so the next competition will be better.
Coming up to sliding the line to change the payout, it is all about preferences but I do believe that more players are familiar with the manual typing to change the payout. So adding a feature to change the payout manually will be nice for players.
