Coming again on VIPGame.
Almost, 1-2 weeks after my last contest decide to see VIPGame again, and seem like I see something new on the casino. Finally, you decide to add more slot providers Pragmatic Play & No Limit.
Anyway, I have a bit suggestion how about created a list for each provider so each time we choose some provider only shows up a slot for that provider. I know some of the people already know about both of this provider, but if we clicked slot the list its for all provider and become one kinda hard to find + there is no search function on the slot section.

I think you misunderstand the main idea here as it is not about player want to pay higher fee than normal one.
The case is that vipgame charges player (bitcoinhunter) 20k satoshi, but in fact vipgame send the withdrawal with less amount (2k sat) than bitcoinhunter pay for it.
I also thought that the fee is quite high, I wasn't making any withrawals yet, that's why I'm not aware of this matter, until brought up here.
For me the best feature of withdrawal, is to allow users to choose how much fee they are willing to pay for a withdrawal. The fee per byte.

Did you get a confirmation of your withdrawal transaction within 15 minutes with a 2k sats fee or 20k sats? I mean, it's too quick because a transaction with too low a fee(2k sats) usually needs more than 15 blocks for confirmation even if mempool isn't overload.
Same with Bitcoinhunter paid 20k fee but they only used 2k for the transaction. All in all it took 30 minutes to reach my wallet since there's a 10-15 minute delay before they send it out.Yes, for now the transactions on the block are not too busy, but what about the future? I think it could be a problem if they don't adjust it
Fair enough, I assumed they're using an estimator that's why they used a low fee at the time.

Using more fee wouldn't make that much of a difference since the mempool wasn't that busy. I also requested a withdraw after the contest and it only took 15 mins for a confirmation. It sucks to pay 10x more but I guess that's the downside when playing with bitcoin.

Yes, at that time I wanted to pay for something and was pressed for time, I was really surprised to see the transaction fee and compare it to my withdrawal fee.

Are you serious? Haha, just so you know, if they ever increase the tx fee, it will be a burden to us because we(users) are those who pays for the tx fee.

The main suggestion is that above user want vipgame to process the withdrawal with at least half amount of what he paid for it.
Ralle14 has good point indeed, in this current normal mempool condition then it wont really affect but it will have big difference when the network is congested.

The only bad thing i've experienced so far is their live table games, they're not loading and the only solution is to use a vpn.

I also noticed that the platform STILL does not accept special characters in the user's password? There aren't even any warnings for it. It just doesn't allow me to type special characters.
I saw a post about this on the first page and I thought this issue was already rectified. It's weird for a website not to accept special characters on the password as it helps on making the user's password stronger. I hope this gets fixed. I would also love to see a 2FA feature added for more user security.

Given that this casino has recently been launched the UI looks decent and I think they did a good job at the games that they provide. In addition to a

I see on slot only have 2 slots provide Balatra & Bgaming, these 2 slots in my opinion not really so popular maybe you have some plan to add more slot-like No Limit, Play N Go, Pragmatic some of these slots was really popular and mostly play by the user.

I would stay far away from VipGame in the meantime for these reasons:
- I signed up to find out that there is no 2FA, and that logins are done via e-mail - for a cryptocurrency casino in 2020 this is comical.
- The level up payouts and rewards for their VIP program are also a joke and are not even a fraction of what other competing casinos offer. A total of $47.4 in level up rewards for wagering $168,000? For comparison, Stake.com offers a $15 level up bonus for reaching their bronze VIP status ($10,000 wagered).
- I tried to partake in their Evolution Games competition to find out that not even a single live game will load because "Player is invalid" - they could not even get that one right.
- You cannot bet more than 5 decimal places in BTC. If you want to bet 0.0000157 BTC, you can't. You have to bet either 0.00001, or 0.00002. For what reason exactly? Ridiculous.
I'll be giving this website another shot in a few months when management can deliver a complete product.
