I know it's not support topic, but when we customer already send email but no one come to our help, to try resolve the problem together how we customer should supposed to do (coinizy even dont reply anything, i even dont know if my email already being read by them or not) ? i honestly think it's not fair to us sir, i mean you gave many gift to other member , yet you dont even reply our email, your customer, the one who really need your help. im sorry if it's mean to you, but i just so dissapoint that make burden into me , i just try to put some burden out of me
I was using coinizy for pretty long time and made some support tickets. Based on my experience, they ANSWERED all my support tickets / email but yes it took long time, might be 1 - 2 weeks. Gladly my problem is not about the payment / top up that is not reflected so it is not a big deal for me. I think they don't have any support team working (I THINK), because all of my emails are answered only by the CEO.
So ya, i think all of the emails regarding issues and questions will be answered but it took some times, which I believe really matters for some people. It is a suggestion tho for coinizy maybe to hire people as the support team

These cards and cards with bin 4665 are mostly blocked by pp because they have been over abused.

Our cards perfectly work with Google Play. Did you make sure that you have at least $1 on your card? Otherwise, Google will consider your card as non-valid when placing a test authorisation on your card.
Anyone know if this works for signing up to Netflix?

I also thought so. But It works with Google Play. I have checked already. It just need right spaces bitween card numbers when you filling it. 1234 1234 1234 1234

There was a problem with card number field and with zip code field, it was "red". The card number I filled first time was looks like 123412341234, without spaces - it was wrong and "red".
I added only the first space after first 4 digits and the system added the others by itself - and the field was "green", which means right.
Then I changed zip code to "00000"
- and the field was "green" also. Then my Coinzy card was accepted and I paid.
Its just a stupid programm!

Well I got what I wanted in the end- I had just enough for some windows tablet pc on aliexpress and I saw no other quicker way I was going to get my money back so I bought it. Pretty bad site and support but I guess that's to be expected from such services.
Card does not work on eBay, Amazon, or pretty much any major retailer. Definitely won't be using this one anytime soon.
Most virtual bitcoin debit cards do not support 3-D Secure which sadly is a requirement in many of those websites. The sollution is to use the card through a payment processor like paypal and search for websites that accept card payments through it. In Aliexpress' case it's AliPay. Card does not work on eBay, Amazon, or pretty much any major retailer. Definitely won't be using this one anytime soon.
