Hello everyone!
I am not dead yet, here is a short development update:

The SegWit integration is progressing. Veltor is build on a older BTC base.
To not get overwhelmed with the jump to the current 0.13 version, I am currently upgrading to 0.12.
Ones that runs in a stable manner, I'll work towards upgrading to 0.13. At this point we will start conquering new land.
Land a man has never set a foot on before. Being one step ahead of BTC. I'll finish the missing soft fork consensus code to actually activate SegWit, and thats when things are getting exciting.

Furthermore, I have been exploring block size increase consensus theories. I am working on a balanced voting system, where miners vote with their hash power and network participants vote with their coins. Ones consensus is met, block size is being increased. (And there are a few more special scenarios in there, mechanics that allow temporary higher block size to cope with the LN failure mode.)
A white paper for the above is in the works.

IMPORTANT: There are a few pools available. Veltor is centralised on one single pool right now. This is a unnecessary network weakness.
Please spread across the other pools:

I would like to keep my pseudonymity. is there something specific you want to know?

that is good enough.

nothing about you now.

maybe want more proof of development.

Hahaha bring back the POD, maybe cryptoasian will start up again.

I am delighted to announce that the Veltor Foundation is steadily seeing an influx of new members, joining our vision and contributing towards our cause.

The Veltor Foundation
Our goal is it solve the scaleability problem, using the Veltor blockchain as our sandbox, where things like flexible block sizing algorithms can easily be implemented and tested in order to find THE solution for the Lightning Network Failure Mode, paving the way for its implementation in to Bitcoin.

I afraid this coin is doomed. Just several miners, no serious wallet for exchange, no excitement no anything Sad Come one, give us for the start serious wallet, like polo, and I will invest min 10 BTC in one day.

Sorry... but this is the wrong coin to be investing in if you are only looking for a quick flip.
My primary objective isn't pushing the value of the coin on some kind of exchange, I am here because I believe in the future of blockchain and want to contribute and be part of it.

J.V.

How com primary object isn't value? I spent more than 15 days mining, and I can't even cower the electricity bill. So if the value is not priority in that case mining is not important at all, to precise their work is not important if they can't get reward for that.

premined coins just wait investor to dump, be carefull to invest so much at once!

Where in the source you can see premine?
it was premined at start with high reward blocks, one man with 3gh mined it first 12 days than left the pool.
Check reward table, to cover first 12 days reward value miners have to mine 8 month, its not normal for fair mine.
I dont say that coin will die after dump, but at first wave it might be dumped greatly and development will take too much time.
