I just want to ask if you guys consider this kind of post, as promoting their entries (because it was mentioned that it is not allowed to promote your work/entry): some participants are mentioning their entry number from the OP to the Local Thread (Translation Thread of this contest). I don't want to mentioned the actual post I see doing this as I don't what to create any issues with them, I just wanted this contest to be fair (aside from winning this contest lol).
