I feel so bad about the $9,975 I paid for my Trezor Model One in January 2017.

Paid (0.33) ~ €23.500 for a Trezor One. Cheesy

lol.

0.13 BTC.

At least it's not empty!

As we speak, every single individual who bought bitcoin and held it until today is experiencing profit. Let that sink in.

The two sweetest words in the Bitcoin universe may just be price discovery. As we begin blazing a new path towards financial freedom, I hope everyone is clutching their coins tight as everyone in the world is about to go full fomo and will try anything they can to get their hands on your sweet sweet coin stash.

Must be a bit confusing time for bitcoiners who were pro-Kamala.

...to see such a spike to ATH at the exact moment the results became clear.

She was talking about:

1.  Increasing taxes in general (lol)
2.  Increasing capital gains taxes (lol)
3.  Unrealized gains (holy fucking shit!)

If you were for her...

WHY?

You need to reexamine your position.

You can also add to that:

4. Did fuck all as VP. Literally. Did absolutely nothing for 4 years. Wouldn't even do the tasks she was assigned to do as VP. Dodged the press constantly. All her assistants fled, resigned in disgust.
5. Word salad generator of the worst kind. Couldn't put a single coherent thought together on her own, had to have a script. Dumber, more clueless, and more vapid than Dan Quayle. Made Sarah Palin look like an absolute genius.
6. Offered Zero campaign solutions to unfucking the country, lowering inflation, lowering excessive regulations, creating more jobs, stopping illegal immigration, going after the FDA, Big Food and Big Pharma, etc.
7. Campaigned simply on "Vote for me because... Orange Man is bad, is Nazi Dictator, convicted felon, threat to democracy, loves Hitler, loves Putin, etc."

And then her supporters wonder why she lost so badly? Smh.

"Great minds talk about ideas (and solutions)
Mediocre minds talk about events
Poor minds talk about people"

I wonder how she got 47.6% of the votes with that line-up. democracy ideocracy is scary

...or... maybe this time they just hadn't prepared enough truckloads of ballots  Cheesy

What a great day to stop by and visit the WO! I hope everyone has been well!

Can't believe it has been over 4 months since I last posted here!

Work has been busy—actually, it has never slowed down. Still putting in the long hours... I still haven't mentally prepared myself to give it all up just yet… I know I keep saying this will be it, but for some reason, I still can't say no to new work and new clients!

These last few months have actually been great. I've been churning out the work and catching up on paperwork. Been utilising the crap outta ChatGPT! I keep thinking UBI is not too far away!!

Apart from work, I've been finalising the ongoing renovations of the house (creeping up to 12 years now). This tends to happen when you do things yourself... or try to do things yourself.

Also, my old man passed away a few months back (part of the reason I've been offline). Real eye opener! Makes you rethink the path you are taking. Been enjoying life with the little amount of time I have spare in the week. Spending it with family, kids are growing up. They finally asked me about Bitcoin last night during dinner, and boy did I go on a weave! Trump's weave looked like a 5th grader’s compared to mine! But it's good they want to understand and are interested in what Bitcoin is. Also, I did have to "bat-slap" one, bloody crypto! JJG you would have been proud of me!

Lightning Node (8DegreesWO) is still going strong... threw a couple more Bitcoins at it and finally cracked the 1 billion SAT (1,164,006,733 SAT or 11.6 BTC).

Average routing per month is about 10 BTC (still not profitable, but it was never meant to be).

The Baby Lambo Project (300zx) is currently on hold (waiting on a car lift to be installed in the garage, but I need to clean the garage out first, which means finding a place for all the crap in the garage). I was able to get the engine running and the car driving, unfortunately there was no power or boost, and smoke bellowing out of the exhaust. Cylinder compression test shows failed piston rings. Full engine rebuild needed! (I am actually looking forward to this).

@Dude, I knew you where in Barca a few months back, but I was stuck on a chair lift heading to the top of the mountain, and forgot to tagged you!..

Full disclosure: I’ve moved a not-so-significant (but also not insignificant) amount of Bitcoin recently to my local CEX. It’ll be a peaceful transfer of power/wealth to someone else. As I said before this Cycle will be MY right time...

Outta here!

TL;DR - Get to the choppa!

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.
Ross who?

Some guy serving multiple life sentences for creating a website to fill public demand.

You forgot the part where he willingly tried to hire a hitman (who was an undercover agent) to kill someone.

He was not convicted of this as far as I’m aware, making it just a talking point that should not be repeated. He was convicted of running a website that let people sell things. The fact an undercover cop tried to extort and entrap him, eventually stealing, then lying to his bosses until he found himself in jail, shouldn’t be held against Ross.

He wasn't charged or convicted of those allegations, even if they might of been true.

He was not charged for it, and yes he was entrapped by the undercover agents. But the evidence that he was willing to go for it speaks for itself and I do not think that should be excusable, even if he did not get convicted for it because of technical legal mumbo jumbo reasons.
