Meh. Hundreds of millions of people have that same reaction every election, regardless of who wins. I stopped bracing for the collapse of America about 14 years ago. You can't time it. It could come next year or a hundred years from now.
Truth is the presidency is more of a figurehead position, as no one person could feasibly "rule" or even speak for over 330 million people. The choice of the voters just reflects the current mood of the country.

No mention of either Bitcoin or so-called "crypto" (shitcoins) in Trump's speech.

I didn't say that he wouldn't mention it at some point.
I pointed out that it was conspicuous by its absence in his inaugural address. He was more concerned with renaming the Gulf of Mexico and other silly nonsense.
As for Bitcoin versus crypto, he already made his position clear with the timely launches of made-in-the-USA shitcoins named after himself and his wife. Why do i think he'll favor his buddy's Department Of Government Efficiency (DOGE) coin and USA corporate shitcoins like Ripple?
