There’s FUD around Kucoin running a fractional reserve.   Consider pulling your coins off.

Telling people to pull their coins off of some shady ass fly-by-night Cryptsy 2.0 is like advising millennials that eating Tide Pods could be "a health risk".
Are you saying that it should not be done so natural selection can run its course? Or that it's just simply a futile endeavour?

Roger Ver: Bitcoin Jesus Becomes Bitcoin Judas

https://theicojournal.com/roger-ver-bitcoin-jesus-becomes-bitcoin-judas/

Does anyone even edit any more?

The piece would be fine, and I agree with its thesis, but proofreading errors drive me absolutely nuts.

I see it more and more in so called journalism, even on big name sites.  The hard bitten copy editors of old are spinning in their graves.
Yeah that irks me quite a bit too. I don't get how a fucking journalist could be too incompetent and/or lazy to publish a decent article. And let's not even get started about the often poorly researched and sometimes outright false information.

Charts are great for looking in to the past, not so great for Looking in to the future.

A chart is for identifying a trend and extrapolating a higher probability path, bullish or bearish even is a profitable to know doesnt have to be exact.

Heres a chart from a long term trader who comments on the momentum and likely strength in BTC price

And sure nobody likes Dan. But everyone wants to be Dan. Cheesy

I used to be Dan. But I got tired of arguing with the completely ignorant that were absolutely sure that Bitcoin would fail - and for all the invalid reasons. So I stopped talking about it years ago. Except for cases where I did not initiate the topic.

Ya' know why companies can IPO at $18/share but haven't proven the revenue and Average Joe is ok with that, but Bitcoin IPOs at $0.0000001 cent and people can't understand why it's now at $9k/btc?

It's because people don't understand how and why company IPOs are structured the way they are, and who ultimately benefits from that arrangement in the long run.

If they truly understood the difference, they'd see that Bitcoin has more asymmetric upside potential (still) of any investment out there.

Sure I have a similar base case line which runs all the way back to $2.11 or something like that.  My version runs along the bottom of the crypto winter and crosses today somewhere around $2k.  It looks much like the bottom of your pitchfork.

If we hit $7k in the next few days we can call my line invalid and ill conceived.  If $8k holds, then maybe further reflection is warranted.

There is still activity out there.  I went into an ICO which listed 2 weeks ago and is still trading at double its issue price.  So it doesn’t feel apocalyptic today.

You make it sound like macro trends are dependent on micro connections.
You did not include the macro trend on your chart. You need to zoom out. I think I know what line you're talking about though. The one that's already been broken and is being obligatorily rested now just like the higher sloped one above it tested and failed and then it will drop down to obligataily test the big one at $3K for over a year
