You've got it all ass about tit again. Hardcore bitcoiners don't mind about price or adoption in the short term. They are too busy making the blockchain tally that bit faster. Rewriting encryption from the ground up. Building trusted ISP's in the jungle. Generally defeating crocodiles and other lizards.What you see here is a different set of folks; traders, shills, fudmongers, bots, fools; smoke and mirrors designed to paint tapes, talk books and things, and generally just prance about. It's a glorified gambling den with bitcoin characteristics. Mostly we do get what we want - a tiny bit of coin and a tiny bit of pleasure.

I am pretty relaxed so long as $8k holds. If we start dipping into $7k in a meaningful way then the prognosis starts to look a bit worse.

No. I sold a lot of my Bitcoin Segwit, buying Bitcoin Cash with it.
I think I am at the point where I can sell off all of my bcash but I don't see any more Ver/Wu pumps anymore. I usually wait for those and sell at .2 BCH/BTC during those pumps. At this point it's around .1.

How long though before those guys increase the money supply? Surely 21 million coin limit is not part of satoshi's vision? It's not mentioned in the white paper.

So a lost some BTC on the continued slide of ETH/BTC and made it back on ADA/BTC. Not sure whether to be pleased or disappointed in myself. Probably the latter for dabbling in shitcoins at all.
