Interesting. Thanks for the information and the invitation. There are many places I should go but I'm not very adventurous; I didn't even make it out of North America until my 40's.
I have travelled to two international destinations only. Once to Thailand when I was in my late 20s and second was Saudia Arabia 2 months ago. USA is a great place to travel for tourism but its difficult to get USA visa and also its expensive to travel there. My next destination will be UAE and Thailand is still in my list.
Also, thanks for the morning chuckle. I don't think you intentionally used the word "defiantly" but when I read it, my mind said, "This chicken is cold and raw on the inside while the skin is burnt to a crisp and tastes like charcoal but DAMMIT, I LIKE IT! Give me another one!" Seriously though, I don't think there are many foods that can rival a chicken roasted over hot coals and if someone else wants to do all the work... even better 
This chicken is roasted on hot coals for hours and so there is little possibility that its cold or raw from inside. Only an expert cook can make it with perfection. I was not lucky enough to grab one last night as there was too much waiting time.
I know you wanted to use the word "definitely" and my intention was not to make fun of you; just to share the humour.
English is not my native language so pardon me for this mistake and thanks for making me understand the difference between definitely and defiantly.
