Never going to happen. Don't want to cause any confusion between me and Jaroslaw.

You are probably the only two who are confused about that  Smiley

I did get a shock when i started bitcoinity this morning and saw Mt.Gox 0.00...

I was like wow.. the world ended (the bitcoin one) and I missed it.

But it turns out it was only scheduled maintenance.. i feel so much better!

can't get USD out of gox?

can't get your bitcoins out of gox without getting verified?
trade it for LTC and withdraw that!

shit shit shit!

i'm no longer 99.9% sure of anything anymore  Cheesy

The big announcement? Let's see.

Litecoin would be nice to trade against. If it's the fake Ripple XRP, then trrading Bitcoin on Gox becomes meaningless as the value of XRP's can be set arbitrarily.

Maintenance in progress

This system is under scheduled maintenance. Maintenance started on October 11th 03:00 GMT, and will end two hours later on October 11th at 06:00 GMT

Please wait for the maintenance to end.

UPDATE - 04:30am GMT: Data transfer is taking longer than during the simulations. Because of this the maintenance period is extended by one hour, to end at 06:00 GMT.

LTC finally coming to Gox?

At least I'll have something to withdraw other than BTC, even if it is just effectively a leveraged BTC instrument :\

mining in the cloud is going to be to only way to profitably mine pretty soon.
SURE you can buy yourself a device today, but if you don't consistently expand and keep up with new hardware, no way you will be able to compete with a cloud.

fuck that, the offer is off the table!

In depends on where you live. In warm/hot climates such as the Southern United States, Australia, India, most of Africa etc., I would definitely take the cloud, but in Canada or Russia one can very easily compete with the cloud because it gets really cold outside.

This is the reason why more often than not both Virtex and BTC-E are over run with polar bears.

if someone doesn't take this off my hands i'm the one thats going to jump.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/100ghs-cloudhashing-contrat-309114

it's late I already had a beer so please help me understand , you really bought 5x of those at $949.95 each?day.

What the contracts were originally purchased for is not the real issue here. The more relevant question is what they are worth today. With this is mind I have two questions:
1) How long have you had these contracts?
2) What is the amount of BTC they have have produced each week that have been sent to a BTC address under your control?

PS: I would post the answers to these questions on the sales thread. Then you may see some offers.
i'm totally discouraged....

1) they are September contrats
2) 0.0000000 but the status says "mining"

So you have not received a single satoshi. I cant see how to make any kind of offer here. What I will suggest is some of the suggestions at the end of this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=173316.660, including going after them for a refund or suing in the UK.

I'm not going to sue some company in on the other side of the world over 5K...

Its worth at least 5K because if you wanted to buy it now from their site that's what you'd pay and you wouldn't "mining" you'd be "pending"
they have done interviews and have been paying out the contacts from the previous month ( their first few contacts ), and you can even go see their mining stats at the pool they mine at, they are legit...

Lol, epic fail. Is this true for everybody's september cloudhashing contracts, or just yours? Have you tried contacting somebody or something?

ya epic fail is right.... at the time the site said i would make 4 to 8 times my investment over 2 years, so I figured i'd probably end up with at least SOME ROI...

anyway, I bought in August and i'm in the same boat as someone that bought the last day of Sept

they are saying the first payouts will be delayed and that Sept. is running at 30%

I feel cheated, and I want out!

you can buy out my misery for a low low price right here -> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/100ghs-cloudhashing-contrat-309114
