Seeing the auroras online isn't as satisfying as being there but I found some beautiful places on earth while searching for aurora cameras. This is Queenstown, New Zealand:

When Musk, Trump…. When moon?
Feels like $55,000 - $70,000 is the new Vegeta zone. Damn, this is getting boring, bro.
Rate cuts + Trump winning the election should pump us hard before New Year but I’m worried Kamala will win. I know long term it doesn’t matter but it’s definitely more bullish for us if Trump wins.
Feels like I’m wishing my life away but I would like to fast forward to pumpenings.

Veeery busy travelling, recording interviews for cutting a fun mockumentary about my father-in-law, which we will play in a loop on his upcoming birthday party.
I also plan to put out a wide angle camera tonight, pointing straight up at the sky, shooting unguided 20-second exposures. Maybe i get lucky catching some meteor trails. If i'm really lucky, i'll catch one on the telescope, too. That happended one time already, one time in tens of thousands of exposures. Wish me luck

Anyone interested and living in the northern US might want to check the skies. The Aurora is visible tonight - for sure in Northern Michigan so far. The activity suddenly intensified within the last couple of hours but of course, it's cloudy where I am

Yes! Tonight is supposed to be peak viewing for the Perseid meteor shower.
Wouldn't it be nice to see both at once? I tried to head north to get some clear skies but no dice. Thwarted again.
