All this horse s-t talk about how FED does not want to "look panicked".
Objectively, they should cut the short term rates 2% to no more than 3.5% right now (based on where the 10-year Treasuries are), but, of course, they would be pussy-footing it for 6 mo.

Congrats to those who scooped some coins up below $50K.

You don't need to congratulate me every dip. But thank you.

So nothing but bottoms? Tongue

I wouldn't mind hearing (or seeing) our official bunny's take on that.

Volume spike hit this morning while I was sleeping. Looks like a good indicator of the bottom, at least for now. Congrats to those who scooped some coins up below $50K. I think looking back it will prove to be a good entry point for what is coming over the next 6-12 months.

Congratulations German goverment for dumping their bag at the top.

yeah the top of the last cycle. but not the top of this cycle

When was the last time a government sold something at the top?
That would be never, I surmise.

Look at Japan, though...it seems like they never truly believed in any recovery...lower than 1989 again, and by almost 20% at that.
Imagine US markets with SP500 at 4600 in the year 2059-that's what the equivalent would be.
A generation that saw no gains on the stock market.
I wonder who even invests in stocks in Japan..the "animal spirits" must be very low.

You're never too old to think young.
Why the price is just bouncing back? If nothing has changed..... Very strange.... Super short bulltrap?

Don't you mean bear trap?

A bull trap is when the price unrealistically rises, trapping bulls who take it too seriously. A bear trap is the opposite... when bears get fooled into panic selling (mindrusting) because of an extreme dip.

That's exactly the reason why I'd never panic-sell on a drop.
